We love to stay at this place. Beautifully furnished, a little oasis in busy Colombo. Senerath, the caretaker, is utterly amazing. We always feel very at home.

Superbe logement. Propre. belles installations. Correspond a la description. Proche d'un supermarché et de restaurants. a 40 min du centre de Colombo. Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

Тут обустроено уютное место с креслами и столом, идеально подходящее для утреннего кофе или неспешных бесед. Кроме того, двор стал для нас местом встреч с дикой природой — по деревьям регулярно снуют бурундуки, среди кустов можно заметить варанов. Вечера мы проводили под укровом террасы. А в центре двора расположен бассейн — идеальное место для отдыха в жаркие дни. Светлый и просторный холл с высоким потолком и вторым светом наполняет дом воздухом и естественным освещением. Кухня просторная и хорошо оснащёна. Здесь мы готовили привычные блюда, наслаждаясь домашним вкусом вдали от родины. Дом включает три спальни, каждая из которых оборудована кондиционером, создавая комфортную атмосферу для сна даже в самые жаркие дни. Рекомендуем каждому!

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i huset og værterne var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi ankom om natten og værterne stod klar til at tage imod os, ligesom de havde sørget for at købe morgenmad, så vi bare kunne stå op og bade i poolen med vores to børn. Det var nemt at komme til Colombo med taxi og vi elskede at komme tilbage til huset, hvor der var hyggeligt og roligt.

Location is perfect and very convenient to all amnesties. Upeksha is responding very quickly and friendly. Very clean home with nice pool. no parking issues. Prefer to go again and there is no hesitation to recommend this place.

Wir durften jetzt zum 3. Mal diese wunderschöne Villa geniessen. Dazu gehört die ausgezeichnete Küche. Der Koch, Nileme, erfüllte all unsere Wünsche und hat selber tolle Vorschläge gemacht und umgesetzt. Er übertrifft die Küchen der grossen Häuser vor Ort bei Weitem. Lucky und akmal waren die guten Geister im Hause und erfüllten all unsere Wünsche. Dank dem Gärtner war die Anlage zu jeder Zeit eine Augenweide. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Heim in Colombo! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und modern. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Jo spricht, was in Sri Lanka nicht die Regel ist, ausgezeichnet Englisch. Sie und ihre Familie haben sich sehr um uns und unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Aufnahme war sehr familiär und herzlich. Ihr Angebot, dass wir uns bei etwaigen problematischen Situationen während unseres Sri Lanka Aufhalst telefonisch an sie um Hilfe wenden können, ist uns eine sehr gute Beruhigung. Gastfreundschaft wird hier groß geschrieben! Das Haus ist günstig gelegen, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Busstation in Laufnähe. Mit den Bussen ist man direkt sehr schnell in der Innenstadt und am Bahnhof. Wir vergeben vollen Herzens 5 Sterne plus 5 Extrasterne für die Gastfreundchaft.

This is my first Airbnb experience. The stay was just AMAZING. We stayed at the property for 7 days in March and we loved the property so much that we extended another couple of days. The property was as described, beautiful and comfortable. Most importantly, I have to appreciate the host, Chathura. Chathura was responsive, quick, kind and proactive. We felt extremely comfortable and my family was very grateful. My relatives visited us throughout the stay and they all commended the property. Whenever we visit Sri Lanka, we now have a place to stay. Thank you Chathura for the well maintained property and for answering all my queries throughout the stay. Well done and keep it up!!!

Met collega’s verbleef ik in Teal Villa. Dat was een voortreffelijke keuze: we konden vergaderen, presentaties op de TV tonen, hadden ieder een ruime privé slaapkamer met badkamer, konden chillen en zaten praktisch in t centrum van Colombo en toch heel rustig!

This is a newly built, beautiful and modern little place conveniently located very close to Homagama town. The surrounding is peaceful and private. The host was solid and very responsive. He was very attentive and flexible and tends to your needs. The house is comfortable and beautiful and fitted with all the amenities needed. Highly recommend this place!

Nadee was an exceptional host, and my husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at her 'Bright & Airy Second Floor Home' for several days. From the moment we booked, communication was fantastic. We had a midnight flight, and I reached out to Nadee to ask for a very late checkout, hoping for 10 p.m. She was incredibly flexible and understanding, and to our delight, she granted our request free of charge! This made such a huge difference to our last day and travel experience. The apartment itself is lovely. This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. Thevin's place was an absolute delight to be at, has all the amenities you'd need for a stay, and located in a peaceful area away from all sounds and distractions. Thevin was always helpful and went above and beyond in helping us during our 2 nights stay. Easy to find rides via pick me or uber from the area. Would recommend to anyone!

My kids loved the house. So did I. It is a beautifully and uniquely designed house. It was clean, comfortable, relaxing, and practical. The kitchen had all amenities that you would need at home. The laundry machine with detergent was a bonus. All bedrooms had a functioning AC. We had a very nice sleep. We used only two bedrooms but there was one more room. The host was friendly, responsive, and caring. We chose this house because it was close to the Leisure World Water Park which was about 1.5 km away. The host kindly arranged a tuktuk ride both way’s. All in all, we had such a great stay. It was beyond our expectation.

What a gem of an Airbnb! Roshan's newly built house truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean it was. The kitchen is fantastically equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms are wonderfully cozy – perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is ideal, offering easy access to the main road, which meant restaurants and shops were just a stone's throw away. Roshan is an absolute delight as a host; his responsiveness and genuine care for our comfort were evident throughout our stay. He continuously checked if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. We can't wait to visit again!

My family and I spent a few days at this stunning place. The property is larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. We were blown away! I was occupied with bird watching in the morning and afternoon. The view is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The place is perfectly located if you are looking for a peaceful place that feels remote in Colombo. You can get Tuks or taxis to get you to Galle Face or other parts of Colombo. If you are looking to stay in Malabe or Battaramulla - this is unbeatable. We enjoyed the proximity to my wife’s family. We wish we found this place earlier and will very happily recommend it to our friends and stay there again in the future. Thank you, Kaushi, for an unforgettable stay!
