If I had to describe my stay at this apartment in one word, it would be ‘perfection’. I visited with my mom and an aunt and this apartment was perfect for the three of us. The location was amazing. The interiors were gorgeous. We loved hanging out at the end of each busy day in the cozy living room with the most beautiful views of the lotus tower. As for the facilities: the kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were spacious, the air conditioning worked well and the beds were very comfy. A huge thanks to Roshan. He was always available as the go-to contact person for questions and was very accommodating of all our requests. Nicola was also an amazing host, for always following up with chat messages on Airbnb despite not being around personally. This apartment made our four day stay in Colombo wonderful. I would book this again in a heartbeat on my next trip to the country.

Janik’s place was absolutely the best. There was so much attention to detail. The kitchen had all necessities. The bathrooms had all the amenities plus towels in all sizes. There was a lot of storage space in all the rooms & kitchen. The washing machine was very useful for a long stay. Even washing powder was provided (but we prefer liquid detergent so we got our own). In addition to the three main rooms there was a small extra room and an additional bathroom of a good size, which we didn’t know was there when we went. (We didn’t have to use this but shared the info in case someone is interested). All the rooms & the living room were very cheerful with windows facing outside & a lot of sunshine coming in, which I loved! The scenery was beautiful as it overlooked the Colombo golf course! It was very peaceful with the sounds of birds chirping & no traffic noise. The very best part was that the place was squeaky clean with comfy beds! Total value for money! Thank u Janik!

The apartment is situated in a great location with regular communication with the host! It was extremely spacious and clean, and an excellent place to stay in! And with the power cuts, the apartment was always cooling and never too hot. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. He was responsive and genuinely invested in making my stay seamless. Would I come back? Absolutely. Highly recommend Bryan’s place to anyone visiting Colombo. 😀

Amazing Stay in Sri Lanka! We had a fantastic 3-week vacation in Sri Lanka from Australia, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The place was beautiful and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. 1. Security– 24/7 security was provided, and the security guard was exceptional—always available and incredibly helpful. We truly appreciated his presence and support. 2. Accommodation– The home was brand new, clean, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. 3. Overall– Everything else was perfect and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. A lovely three bed room apartment in a central location. We had a lovely stay. The host Marco and Ryan were maintain good communication during the booking process and during our stay. They were helpful, flexible and supportive with all our requirements. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Chandi is an amazing host! She’s super friendly and always got back to me quickly. The apartment was fantastic! The stunning sea view and infinity pool made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The train tracks are right outside the house, but the train wasn’t as loud as you’d think. It didn’t bother us at all, but it might keep you up if you’re a light sleeper. We had a bit of trouble finding it because the street address doesn’t seem to lead to the right place. But if you just use Elysian Residencies as the pickup or drop-off location, you should be fine. Overall, it was an incredible place to stay, and we had an amazing time!

This is my third time staying at Rehan's place. It's great. I'd definitely recommend to others. If I go back to Colombo, I'll try to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Darren and Ridmi’s place. They were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Darren provided us with excellent information about the area and the place prior to checking in. The place is very secure with 24/7 security service. We had an amazing time at the pool. Would stay again when back in Sri Lanka.

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. Chanuka and the family members helped us during our stay for close to a week. They were very responsive to all the requests we made. Common facilities at the resort (restaurant and pool) were in great condition too which made the money we paid totally worth it. We would stay at Chanuka's place again. all the best.

We stayed at Nirmalie’s place for over three months and had a truly wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly warm and friendly, and they arranged weekly room cleaning which kept everything neat and comfortable. The welcome basket is just too kind, including snacks, milk, coffee even butter. One of the highlights of our stay was their help in recovering a lost phone—we had almost given up hope, but they went above and beyond to help us get it back. We highly recommend this lovely and welcoming home for anyone looking for a long or short stay!

Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

I booked this Airbnb for my sister's trip, and she had a wonderful stay! The communication with Yashodara was excellent from start to finish, making the booking process very easy. My sister found the place to be exactly as described, very clean, and comfortable. She really enjoyed her time there and I'm so glad I chose this spot for her. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.
