Beautiful flat! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when we next come to Brighton!

A perfect seaside pad! Such a lovely space with great sea views, a short walk from St Leonard’s station & plenty of local restaurants, bars & shops to visit. Would definitely recommend booking & Caroline was a kind & helpful host.

Lovely little cottage a stones throw from the beach in a little cul-de-sac in Worthing town! Perfect for a few days break with the family and the cottage was in walking distance to local amenities aswell as driving distance to Brighton, littlehampton, shoreham etc. which were all lovely towns with lots to do. Claire provided everything we needed and little touches like the breakfast basket and some basics went a long way. Great chequers board also! Garden was small and well kept and nice to sit in the sunshine, parking not always available outside but easy to park round the corner with a permit provided! Cottage is lovely decorated and plenty of space for a family. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Highlights were: amazing location right on the quiet beach, lovely garden with shade for hot days plus sunny spots too, large comfortable open plan living space, the coffee machine (complete with supply of pods), welcome basket, great position between Rye and Hastings - great for cafes and mooching round interesting shops - and variety of local walks on beaches and in countryside. And the wonderful hot weather we had! Mark was great at communication and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the beautiful Driftwood. We were very lucky with the weather so took full advantage of the balcony area watching the seafront and everything going on. The house was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely welcome message, wine and biscuits waiting for us on arrival. The house is exactly as described and as per the photos and the views are amazing. Lots of extra little touches make it feel very homely. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Simone was the perfect host. Clear arrival instructions, very proactive with excellent communication. Simone was able to offer us an earlier check-in which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend a visit to Driftwood!

We really enjoyed staying at Bloomsbury place. We felt it was in a great location, and was just the right size for the 3 of us (2 adults and a small dog). The place was pristine and the welcome goodies made us feel right at home. We had never been to Brighton before and feel like we’d love to come again every chance we get. Clean and next to the beach. No problems.

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool was stunning and the lovely warm temperature made it very relaxing. We stayed over the bank holiday weekend as a family of 3 and throughly enjoyed staying at Herons Nest! Jill’s communication prior to our booking was brilliant and extremely helpful. The caravan had everything we needed for our stay, including some complimentary snacks & drinks! We enjoyed playing with the selection of games and our son did lots of colouring in. Romney Park offers many activities for children and the evening entertainment was brilliant. We would highly recommend Heron’s Nest and hope to stay in the future. Thanks again to Jill & Geoff! Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

We had a lovely stay at Bec's flat - it was very clean and in a lovely position in the Lanes - only tricky to find because the road signage was confusing. Not sure how easy it would be to unload a car during the day as parking was restricted but we were fine as we arrived late.

Lovely place, within walking distance to the amenities, very clean, loved the games in the cupboard. Very well equipped and the bunny population was an added bonus! We highly recommend

What a little gem. So homely. Lots of thoughtful bits. Like milk bread and butter in the fridge. Shampoo and shower gel. Lots of lovely little touches to make you feel welcome. Such a lovely location too. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend a stay at this cosy little retreat next to the sea.

Outstanding apartment. Great views and very comfortable. John was extremely helpful, he made sure we knew how to find the property and get in. He checked in with us a couple of times during our stay and was happy to give ideas of what to do and where to go. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Eastbourne, definitely hope to come back again.

We were in Hastings to catch Jack Dee and only booked one night. Tanya is really great to communicate with responsive and friendly. Finding and getting in is easy. The communal hallway/ stairs are tatty but my lord it doesn’t matter when you see the view from the living room. It’s absolutely stunning. The flat is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is cute and all you need. The bedroom is large, so quiet we had such a good sleep. Wish we had booked longer as I could stare out at the sea for hours! Great flat! Would not hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely superb location and perfect for our family stay by the sea. The beach hut is such a brilliant addition and we loved utilising it as we were lucky with the weather. The house was spotless, comfortable beds and a great layout for families.
