Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Point Fortin

I enjoyed my stay by Dényse! I was relaxed and felt completely safe. There is a restaurant/bar down the road. Food was good! I would recommend this place to anyone. Peaceful and quiet! Thanks for your hospitality ❤️

My family and I loved the ambiance and the area in which we stayed. The kids were a little more active than us, but I enjoyed the quiet area. There were also a lot of malls and shopping centers nearby, which we loved. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Whomever said lightning doesn’t strike twice; never met Cheryl. This is my second time staying at Cheryl’s oasis and it was amazing for the second time. Cheryl has raised her already exceptional level of hosting. Certainly a Super-host in my book. I can’t say enough good things about my stay and suffice to say I will be back. I loved the stay! Host were nice and responsive. It sucks the jacuzzi did not work but it is under construction. I did not like how far everything was and not walkable distance. But you can rent a car to fix that issue! Or, find a driver so you can get around more efficiently. Other than that the place was clean and nice. They provided pots and pans for cooking. They left ice for use (which was a plus) and they have towels in each room. The only thing you need to bring is wash cloth and toothpaste. They have soap already! Loved it regardless of everything else. Neighbors are friendly and the area is SAFE!!!!

I booked both of Usha’s apartments for myself and my relatives (from UK and Canada) to be close by to some family we were visiting who live in Central Park/Couva. The apartments are perfectly located near to supermarkets, doubles stands, restaurants, a new gym and everything you might need- but tucked away from the main road so it’s nice and quiet. I went for early morning runs and found the area to be safe and calm, and everyone I met was friendly and would say hello on passing. The apartment compound has an electric gate, and the apartments themselves have both door locks and outer door padlocks too, we used them all of course but regardless we always felt safe and secure. Usha was a great host- warm, friendly, flexible and accommodating from start to finish- she gives you the space you need to enjoy your stay, but is available at a moments notice if you need anything. Balata House is very home friendly, its breathtaking, peaceful, very relaxing, its my 4th stay they, and most definitely will be back soon❤️❤️❤️❤️

Firstly I must say the property was perfect for me and my family. It was secure and private. The swimming pool a very good size, the outside cooking area was brilliant and the space inside was HUGE. The house felt like a home really quickly. The space outside had great coverage from people who didn’t want to sit under the sun and was the space we used the most.

This was our first time here, a great place where we met with relatives from UK, Canada and Trinidad. Nikki was there for us all the way from booking to after end of stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Savi. You will be delighted to meet her as she took her time to show us around. Quite impressed with cleanliness and open concept for family gathering. Kitchen and laundry is well equipped with up to date appliances and conveniently located next to each other. Pool area is very beautiful with total privacy as there are no buildings nearby. We enjoyed our time here and looking forward to future visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place! Our group included children, teens, adults, and seniors, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed themselves. The house is clean, fresh, and thoughtfully equipped with AC and ceiling fans, with additional AC in both bedrooms, which made our stay very pleasant. The outdoor area is lovely, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. Michael was great at communicating, and Akil was very helpful, promptly assisting us with a few requests, including setting up the firepit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we hope to return again in the future. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

Great host , beautiful home

Shay & his grandma made Roshon’s Retreat such a great place to stay! It’s in a great part of town, nestled in a quiet residential community but literally a few blocks away from the Main Street, restaurants, shops and more! Check-in was easy and appreciated the flexibility! We were greeted by Shay’s grandma who is super sweet and really helpful - gave us a lot of tips! The place also came with the most amazing “welcome book” with all the information you would ever need to have a safe, comfortable stay! In addition, the smart tv & live tv provided great entertainment, the kitchen & bathroom well stocked, and each bedroom spacious and with their own A/C! Also an ample amount of space to securely park a car. The welcome snacks was the icing on the cake. My family and I felt super safe, comfortable & honestly the closest we felt like home (away from home)! We will be back :)

This is our third stay so that says a lot!! Read the amenities so you are not expecting something he doesn’t state he provides. Excellent dish ware, flatware, nice appliances. Loved having a washer and dryer especially. He did provide some extra goodies which we appreciated very much. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower . Nice little cation- very secure and private, safe , quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a convenience store, ATM fruit stand and restaurants . Would recommend!!

We all found Tracy’s place a lovely place to stay, nothing was a problem for our hosts, I doubt that there will be many other homes to rent as nice as this one, we all hope to return again some day, thank you very much indeed from all of us.

Clean, spacious, quiet, and safe. Amos goes above and beyond to provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable.  Stayed for a month and every small detail was provided for and if it wasn't, he went the distance to fulfill my request.  If you're thinking of booking, take the leap, you will have no regrets. My stay at Rennie's condo was very relaxing. The Unit was very clean and comfortable, felt right at home. The security in the building was one of the reasons why I booked this place and I was very surprised at how much it exceeded my expectations. Its proximity to everything made my stay very enjoyable and I'll definitely be returning. Thank you Rennie for hosting me.
