Charming apartment in Rijeka!

New apartment situated in a small building in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful sea view, near Veli Vrh – one of many hills around Rijeka. (It has good walking paths and offers a unique view that stretches over the entire Kvarner Bay, the islands of Krk and Cres, and Učka mountain.) City center is pretty close, 15 min by car, a bus station is 5 min walking so you can get to any place in center in about 25 min. Apartment has 50m²: kitchen and dining room and one room with a roof window.

We are situated in the very center of city of Rijeka, on the seafront only a minute walk to the main city promenade Corso. Bus and railway stations are just nearby. Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

We were allowed to stay in a beautifully furnished apartment with many handmade wooden details - simply beautiful! The cleanliness was impeccable and everything we needed for our stay was available. Kristina and Alen are extremely friendly hosts who were always available and happy to help us with advice and action. We are already looking forward to our next motorcycle racing holiday; we will be back!

Me and my husband had an amazing time here. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing! The place is at walkable distance from the city centre. Korana was so nice that she gave us a detailed account of the places to see nearby. We will definitely come back again !

This apartment has defenatley exceeded our expectation. Early morning coffee & sunrise on a balcony - amazing. The view on this part of Rijeka has much to show about city’s rich industrial history. I love how the apartment is positioned. It made me wanna own the place.

We had a very pleasant stay at Manuela's place. The apartment is as described very extensive and modernly equipped and offers enough space for just 2 people. We would also like to emphasize the cleanliness, as this immediately struck us positively. All cleaning supplies were also available to maintain cleanliness during the stay. The terrace offers plenty of space and a nice wide view down to the bay and the sea. Our hosts were always available and very friendly, Manuela helped us with tips for the area as well as a parasol for the beach. We could even have arrived and departed before and after the specified check-in and check-out, which we found extremely accommodating. A car is definitely necessary for the way to the beach and into town, which could also be parked directly on the property. Very clear recommendation, we would come back anytime!
