Milo and his wife are awesome hosts. I was welcomed by his wife and instantly there was help from Milo to carry our luggages since the staircase is quite high and we have 2 elderly grandparents. It’s an amazing location to be if you want to visit Lake Skadar. It is one of the most beautiful lakes I’ve ever seen and we took the 6pm sunset tour with Kingfisher which is also Milo’s company. That was worth €20!! Will recommend this place to friends.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful villa! The infinity pool with its stunning sea views was definitely a highlight, and the lush garden surrounding the house created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs terrace, enjoying drinks and soaking in the views. Inside, the villa was just as impressive—spacious and tastefully decorated with unique vintage lamps. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the games room was a fun bonus for movie nights. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the marble bathrooms were a nice touch of luxury. The location was perfect too—private, yet just a short drive to nearby beaches, charming towns, and great restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just 10-15 minutes. This villa was the perfect place for a family holiday, and we can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

A stay in an idyllic setting, new and very clean accommodation. The host is extremely kind!!

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

The house was excellent!

Everything was great! Incredibly beautiful place. There is everything for relaxing with friends : hammocks, a grill area, the possibility of a picnic outside, a clean pool.

If you don't mind driving a bit out of town, you'll find a great place to stai, surrounded by nature where no one will bother you. My girlfriend and I went a bit out of season, but in the right period it must be a sight to behold. Ivan was always friendly and super-helpful for everything, from giving advice on the best shops in town to getting kitchen utensils and more. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a remote and beautiful place by the lake this place is perfect. Lidija and her family are kind and made us wonderful food and drinks for a weekend and showed us great hospitality. We got picked up by boat (make sure you don’t take too much baggage when you go) and had a little tour on the lake which was amazing. There was some issues with electricity but they quickly fixed it for us and we had a comfortable stay!

The cottage was charming and reminded me of holidays by the sea. The accommodation is in the Podgorica Stara Varoš area, which is the oldest part of the city with a still rural character, but very close to the center and everything you need. The surroundings and the proximity of the river add a specific charm to the place. The cottage has everything you need upon arrival and during your stay, as if you were coming home. There is also a courtyard with seating. Only a few of the surrounding houses are inhabited, so there is complete privacy, and at the same time there are neighbors around, so the place felt very safe for me as a woman traveling alone. If I ever return to Podgorida, I will definitely rent this cottage again.

I had such a great stay at this property. The location was perfect—tucked away from the noise and distractions, making it an ideal peaceful retreat. It felt like the perfect place to unplug and relax. The surroundings were beautiful and gave off a calm, cozy vibe. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly, which was a major highlight after long days of exploring and relaxing. The house was well-kept, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to recharge, this place is it. I’d absolutely come back again!

Biljana is a great host. Everything was perfectly fine. Parking is a little more difficult if there are more cars in the yard, but Biljana was very helpful. Recommended!

It was a great stay. Lydia and Goran are great people, very welcoming, very warm and very available. Arriving late Saturday night, we were unable to do the shopping and so they served us a great breakfast on Sunday morning (and also the day of our departure). Fresh fruit and homemade grenadine were in the fridge upon arrival. The apartment located on the 1st floor of the house is beautiful, spacious, ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. There is also an additional studio for rent if you want to come with more people. There is air conditioning and all the necessary toiletries and laundry (I want to clarify this because it is not mentioned in the listing). The geographical location is ideal for the whole center (Ostrog, Niksic, Lake Skadar) and the Adriatic coast (Bar, Budva, Kotor, Ulcinj...). The trips were about 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes. It's a little further for Tara Canyon (2.5 hours) though. A big thank you to Lydia and Goran!

Svetlana is an amazing host and the house and areas is really beautiful. Huge recommendation. We did not have a car, which we would recommend if staying at Svetlanas house and in general when travelling in Montenegro. Take care Svetlana and thank you for all your help.

We spent a great holiday in a beautiful and atmospheric place. I highly recommend it. The renovated house has all the amenities. The swimming pool is great. The area is beautiful - peace and quiet. In the vicinity there is a donkey farm that does not disturb. Very good contact with the nice host of the house Marko and his father. Rating 10/10🙂

If you need a stay near the airport, this place is perfect. Hosts were very friendly, responsive and even gave a lift to the airport. The place is a private apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and large living/dining room with a full kitchen. The place is fully stocked, has good heating/AC and is nicely furnished and decorated. Even has a fully stocked minibar with a wide selection of drinks for a few euros. The area is rural and peaceful. There are shops in driving range or you can use an app like Glovo for food. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Ivan and his family were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Ivan went above and beyond our expectations of a good host. He gave us excellent recommendations, advice and offered to drive us places. His garden was beautiful and his family kindly gave us some of the best tomatoes we have ever tasted. If we were to return to Montenegro, we would definitely love to stay at Ivan’s apartment again. Thank you Ivan for making our stay so memorable and wonderful.

Nikola’s place is beautiful! The house has so many different spaces to hang out, it is very well equipped, and is well located right next to Shkodër Lake. They also helped us book a private boat tour on the lake, which we really enjoyed. I completely recommend this place and hope to be back :)

We stayed at Marina's upstairs apartment for one night so we could catch an early flight out of Podgorica. She and her family welcomed us warmly and were a pleasure to chat with. The weather was hot the day we were there so we used the air conditioning unit which helped cool us off. The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, we would highly recommend booking with Marina and her family!

check in was possible at night and easy and we were happy about the fresh towels we got! Nice Appartement for an affordable price.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!
