Extremely comfortable stay as always. Aleksa is a very responsive host and his apartment is conveniently located within walkable distance to amenities and restaurants, thrillingly close to the centre. The balcony, spotless kitchen, a double and a single bed plus sofa, AC and comfortable rooms are big bonuses. Highly recommended.

The room was good. A little humid for drying clothes, as others have mentioned. Keeping the bathroom window open kept that at bay. Vladislava was fast at responding, and fixed issues quickly. I was also lucky enough to be invited in for a small new years celebration. Thank you for the old, as we say in Norway!

Marko responded immediately every time we communicated with him. The place was very comfortable. Everything worked. They had everything we needed and some. He was very helpful and the family was friendly, including their dog. The pretty much let us alone but asked if we needed help or assistance with anything. When he saw me adjusting something in our vehicle he made sure we were ok and offered to help if needed. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

the house is far from the center on foot, but you can easily get there by car. The house was spotless and the heating system worked well

The place is very nice and comfortable. There's a good variety of dishes, big TV (50-inch), and fast internet (250 Mbps). The free minibar was a nice surprise. The owner replies to all the questions fast. There are 2 big supermarkets just next to the building. The building has an elevator, so it's easy to access with luggage. The area is far from the city center (30 min. walking).

The place was just perfekt. I felt like home and everything was as described. The host ratko and sandra were so helpful and responsible. When we arrived at the apartment there was water, beer and some snacks free for us. There was a lots of other food if I wanted to cook. I didn’t have to think about a thing because it was done perfectly by the host. I will definitely return to book this wonderful place.

Great communication

The apartment is completely new and in a completely new building. Everything was flawless. The landlord even made an effort to provide us with free WiFi, although it was not advertised.

If we could give ana a 6/5 we would. She is extremely responsive and friendly. She waa helpful when it came to storing our luggages and was even nice enough to offer a super late check out since the apartment happen to be available the nexy day. It was of great help to us as we had a night flight to catch. Her place is clean, functional and simple. Some great food options nearby and on glovo. Not too far from the main bus station or the airport. A cab to the bus station and the airpprt should cost you 4.5 euros and 11 euros respectively. Despite not being in the city center, we found the walk doable and snacked on whatever food establishments on the way(ice cream, bars, cafes). The building the apartment is in is new and has a well functioning lift(great for our bulky luggages). Corridors are clean and we felt extremely safe. All in all, we definitely reccomend both Ana as a host and her place. Thank you Ana for making our stay in Podgorica so enjoyable ❤️

The location of the house and what it offers is really nice. There was a large grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance and a gas station where you can get your needs for when the grocery store was closed, the house meets all your needs, and Ana hosted very well with her interest and quick answers to our questions, and it would be my first choice when I come back.

Everything good, would recomend

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Podgorica. Mladena met us in person, although we were very delayed on the way, helped us check into the garage and showed us the apartment. Everything inside is very thoughtful, the host did a great job organizing the place. There is everything you need for long-term living, the Internet is fast enough for video calls and work. There are many restaurants nearby, very close to the center and the main attractions. Mladen left us a little surprise, for which I thank you. Of the disadvantages, we can only note that there is a bar under the apartment and sometimes there is noise and cigarette smoke from there. But the bar closes exactly at midnight, and it didn't cause us much trouble. We had a great week here and will definitely come back again, thank you!

It was a very clean and comfortable house. I never had any problems with check-in and check-out.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Alex’s apartment offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the Bay of Kotor, best enjoyed from the spacious west-facing balcony—perfect for watching the sunset. The balcony also features a motorized retractable awning, providing sun shade or cover from rain. The location is ideal, just a short drive from both Kotor and Perast, with a convenient bus stop right out front for easy access without a car. A well-stocked grocery store is just a short walk away. Inside, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the use of the pool during our stay. Alex was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again—thank you, Alex and Lorna, for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay in an absolutely stunning setting! The views are breathtaking and even better than the picture! Irena was extremely responsive, gave great recommendations and was able to support very quickly. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as sun beds & umbrellas to take to the beach and all the essentials such as coffee, tea, shower gel etc. I feel you do need a car as it’s 10 minutes via car to Kotor or Perast. It’s quite a considerable incline up to the apartment from the water & nearest shops so something to keep in mind. We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and whilst it was definitely possible it was a bit of a challenge with the steps! She absolutely loved the swimming pool and the large terrace to play. Irena was even so kind to install Disney+ on the tv before our arrival which was so thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb it was great value and we were grateful it was peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Kotors old town.

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! Selcan was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. Our special request to postpone the trip was accepted without hesitation. Thanks again!! 🙏

Everything as in pictures. Super clean and tidy.Liked the freshiness and excellent aroma. Apartment had all the necessery tools and dishes to comfortably spend there whole week! And absolutely loved the view! We felt really welcomed and like home .Very clear instructions about how to find appartment, how to check in. It was our first experience for Karadag, communication with the host was very easy. I asked about everything that was stuck in the air conditioner and got very open-fast donations. The house was very clean and the view was legendary. The host has thought of everything for the house, everything from our needs to our coffee and everything has been considered. It was a very nice experience.

The place is lovely with everything you can possibly need. The views over the pool are spectacular, especially at sunset. Nady was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again
