Apartment ideally located on a pretty square. Quiet location, cozy rental, well equipped and very clean.

The apartment more than met our expectations! It is very stylish and furnished with everything you need! Bed and bed linen simply fantastic, we slept like angels. The balcony is a great added value, especially in the morning - wonderful in the sunshine. The central location and the direct view of the harbor are unsurpassed. We have made very nice excursions on foot, with rented e-bikes or by bus. The surrounding area has a lot to offer. The information at check-in was limited to the important and necessary and very useful. We particularly appreciated the open communication about local gastronomy, including the valuable tips. We can only highly recommend Paimpol and surroundings and the great apartment of Laetitia. We enjoyed it very much during our 11-day stay and were sad to leave.

We really enjoyed this very bright and cozy accommodation, very well located in a quiet area and this beautiful view facing the sea. The bedding was very comfortable. We took advantage of the nearby hiking trails. We thank Amandine and Sébastien for their warm welcome.

Valérie and Henri gave us and our dog a warm welcome. We had nice days in the cottage, which is very clean and well furnished, and in the beautiful green garden. Details have been thought of, such as screens for all windows. The location is good for visiting the beautiful coast of northern Brittany.

Excellent hosting, ideal location, apartment with all the essentials. Viviane takes great care of her beautiful studio. And exceptional sea views! Ideas for discoveries, hikes, visits... given by Viviane or in all the documentation. For your information, on the practical side: no wifi, but most importantly, very little network 😉 Parking at the foot of the building. Access to shops and hiking trails on foot. Provide extra for linen (excellent quality), cleaning and heating. We'll be back as soon as we can!

A superb stay in this modern apartment, very nicely decorated, and very functional. The view from the terrace is splendid, just like in the photos. The neighborhood is peaceful, and close enough by car to the center of Perros Guirec and the coast. A great short stay! Philippe is a responsive and available host.

In short: our most beautiful and impressive Airbnb apartment to date! The great pictures of the ad give the real impression of standing in this bright, friendly, tastefully furnished apartment and having the incredible panoramic view of the sea, the coast and the many islands in front of you, not really again - in real life it's much more beautiful. In addition, the apartment is superbly equipped, the spacious kitchen and the compact but beautiful bathroom (looking at the sea through the porthole while showering is awesome) are great. We also slept very well, it is very quiet, only the sound of the sea and seagulls... As you might guess from reading, we were thrilled and will definitely come back - and this time for longer! Oh yes, the contact with the concierge team was great, totally nice, always quickly accessible and helpful... we really enjoyed the beautiful time.

This apartment is extremely tasteful and high-quality. Great location right by the harbor with restaurants, bars and bakers - whatever you need. Since the bedroom is at the back, it is quiet. And Anne Marie is a very, very pleasant hostess.

Extraordinary apartment, with a sublime view of Pléneuf beach, we never tire of looking at the sea from the large glass windows. Luxury amenities. Only beds would deserve to be bigger and more comfortable: double beds are 160 and mattresses could be better. In addition: parking with GreenUp plug.

The veranda is beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the sea — a real joy at any time of the day. The terrace is also a real highlight: superbly equipped with high-end outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing. The place is peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and the surroundings offer beautiful walks as well as several water activities offered nearby. It's a really perfect place to stay, nothing is missing. And as a bonus, the host is super welcoming, responsive and always available. Anyway, I recommend 200%!

The place is indeed very quiet and well located. The reserved parking space, accessible without a barrier or gate, is a real plus. The accommodation is spacious and well oriented because it is very bright. It was a real pleasure.

Great apartment with wonderful view of the harbor. Two bakeries and several restaurants are within walking distance. Everything was very clean and we immediately felt at home. Great cozy beds, huge TV in the living room with Netflix and a large kitchen where we could prepare our meals perfectly. Enough space for everything. We enjoyed the time very much. The car can be parked in the garage. Great starting point to explore the Rosa Granit coast.

This accommodation is a gem, bright, well located, beautifully decorated, superb view, excellent bedding, nothing is missing and what can I say about the island of Bréhat, it's just a magical place, so many walks to do, don't hesitate to sneak into the small paths or small alleys where it says "dead end": the people of Bréhat are little rascals, they want tourists to stay on the marked paths... but at the end of the paths that say "dead end", there is often a beautiful beach or beautiful manor houses... the bakery and grocery store are well stocked... Emmanuelle is super responsive to messages... I can only recommend this accommodation on this beautiful island of flowers that lives up to its nickname. We'll be back...

I recommend Samuel's accommodation. Came to the legate to rest. Had a great time. The accommodation was clean, bright, comfortable. The veranda with the balneo bathtub is a real plus as well as the terrace🌺 The port is a 2-minute walk away, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The "Martin Beach" beach is 10 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay there again.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, we had a great time there and the pool and jacuzzi access after the hikes in winter was much appreciated! The apartment is very well equipped, well located and convenient to park, we very much enjoyed our stay with friends and the hikes were beautiful, thank you!

Michel is a responsive and pleasant host. His place is as described, it would almost fail to specify the very nice setting in which it is with "the abbey" and the park of the rest house. That's lovely. Well placed for a stroll around the area. Small downside on cleanliness which is more due to a failure by the concierge. Michel's son was responsive to help us with the shortcomings. The pillows (cakes) would need to be reviewed on the other hand. In itself, a good weekend in the area.

The accommodation is identical to the listing, clean and healthy! The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. All tourist spots to see are 10 minutes away. Private parking in the courtyard.
