My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator elevator!). It is bathed in sun or beaten by the winds but always warm! 80 m2 fully at your disposal in comfortable mode. Right in the center of Brest! Everything can be done on foot, the train station is less than 5 minutes away, the tram is 7 minutes away, a large supermarket is 10 minutes away, the theater, cinemas are 10 minutes away... If you have a car, parking is paid in front of my house, so it's easy to park!

You will be ideally located in the heart of the region to radiate every day and only 15 or 20 minutes drive from the sea : the Abers to the north, the Brest Bay to the south and the beautiful and wild west coast of Finistère.

The house can also be, quite simply, a pleasant and serene place to stay.

The Camellia Suite is a premium suite equipped with a spa bath for two and a massage seat. Equipped with a 160 × 200 bed, everything is done to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. For your total well-being, a small private outdoor area equipped with a Spa is at your disposal. Bed and bath linen are available. La Cabane des Fées is an unusual comfortable room, set on 3 m high piles surrounded by nature on the edge of a hamlet. The hut is insulated and heated. Enjoy a magical romantic or family holiday and relax by the covered heated pool (June to September). Enjoy the various activities a few meters from the cabin : Hiking and mountain biking trails from the house, Surfing, Kite-surfing ...

Charming fisherman's house facing the ocean

Fisherman's house with stunning sea views, St Mathieu, the islands of Molène and Ouessant, close to the beaches, the village and the port of Conquet. My place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and four-legged friends. From July 1, 2017 to September 2, 2017: Rental from Saturday to Saturday – weekly rate 650 euros.
