Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

Located near the Baltic Sea, just 5 minutes by car from the natural beach of Rosenfelde, you will stay in our bungalow, with a private garden right in the countryside. A car is advantageous to explore the adjacent towns such as Heiligenhafen, Weissenhäuser Strand, Grömitz or Dahme. There are sleeping places for 4 adults but also as a family with small children everything is available (please let us know what is needed). Shopping is about 7 km away in Grube or Oldenburg in Holstein.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. The group house is suitable for wheelchair users and has ramps in and around the house where necessary. You have a barbecue area and a fire pit, as well as opportunities to sit outside.

The bungalow has separate entrance and a terrace with terrace furniture and sun loungers! The apartment is 47m² and suitable for 1 to max. 3 people.

The property can accommodate four people, and after consultation, six people can also be accommodated in the house. It has a large living and dining area, two bedrooms, a guest toilet and a main bathroom. The house is also at ground level, a non-smoking house and animals are also not allowed. The property has a garden, parking and a garage for bicycles.

The house lies not far from the Nord-Ostseekanal. We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.
