A numbered outdoor parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hansapark" as well as a public swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. Wi-Fi, towels & bed linen are provided FREE OF CHARGE

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Machen Sie Urlaub direkt an der Ostsee. Ihr Appartement befindet sich in 1B-Lage nur wenige Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt. Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
