Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Apartment Noemi is located at the entrance to the beautiful seaside town Rabac, near Labin. The apartment has one bathroom with large shower, washing machine and heater for colder days. Two bedrooms with televisions, and large double beds provide complete comfort for quality sleep after a full day of swimming :) Fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee filter, toaster and microwave. The living room has air conditioning and large television.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
