Very bright 2 bedroom apartment (southwest facing) with terrace and fully enclosed garden. Garden furniture, barbecue, playground for children. Private parking and bike storage. We are in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Dinard and 15 minutes from St Malo (the privateer city) and DINAN (medieval city). Close to the Estuary and banks of the Rance. Ideally located in the triangle of these 3 historic cities and a stone's throw from Cancale and Mont St Michel. Long live the Emerald Coast!
