Small house, very cozy and very well equipped, a stone's throw from the ocean in a lively neighborhood of Dinard. A real little haven of peace for a few refreshing days!

We were very happy with our stay at Claire and Benjamin's. Only advantages (we ended up looking for the small details that could be improved): incredible village, location of the house in this village is great (near the beaches, shops, etc. and very quiet), renovated house with very good quality materials and attention to detail, everything is well equipped and very nicely decorated (clean style with a lot of character), special mention for the very comfortable garden deckchairs and the provision of bicycles (not electric, not new, not in the best condition - but sufficient to enjoy the joy of moving around without a car in the village). Recommended without so much as a second thought.

Jean Philippe was very responsive and friendly and gave clear and practical instructions. The location is ideal, the serenity of the accommodation and the neighborhood (as well as the city in general) was a real source of rest. We greatly appreciated the view from the accommodation, which is simply beautiful! The stay went very well, we even had a hard time leaving. Thank you so much, once again!

Charming and extremely functional studio. Every detail has been thought of, which automatically makes the stay pleasant. The private terrace is a plus. We didn't see a bed when we arrived, but in fact, it folds down! Very, very comfortable bedding. Michele and her husband are very welcoming and available. Pascal and Béatrice gave me a very warm welcome. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet and independent of their house and the terrace with a nice view of the greenery. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained. I can only recommend this address near Dinard, Saint-Malo, Dinan!

A welcoming, beautiful and functional accommodation, as we like them, where we would gladly have stayed longer. The accommodation allowed us to fully enjoy our Dinard stopover with the moonlight walk, some shops, a minigolf game, a preview evening at the cinema, and a trip to the market. The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Lovely apartment, had difficulty finding as the road was barred due to road works. Would have liked a bakery in walking distance. Excellent base for Dinard and St Malo
