Villa holiday rentals in Pléneuf-Val-André

This is such a lovely house! Architect designed, spacious and open planned including a downstairs bedroom with ensuite it was perfect for our three generation family. Plenty of lounge areas on both floors. The extensive gardens to both front and rear are great for lounging, al fresco dining and playing games. Location wise it could not be better: the nearby village is a 5-10 minute walk and has bakeries, chemist, cafe, restaurants and a weekly market. The Leclerc supermarket is a 10 minute drive. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk and there are many other great beaches in the area all with plenty of parking. The town of Val Andre and the Porte of Dahoute are also nearby with plenty of shops, restaurants etc.. Host Aude is a charming lady, very helpful and she responded promptly to all our communications. We very much hope to stay with her again.

We had a lovely weekend with the family.

The house is very nice and perfect for a family. The location is ten minutes from the beach but also from the old port going down the hill. The garden is also very beautiful and allows children to spend their energy while working, cooking or having a drink. Marie, Lou's mom, is very nice and welcomed us, she was also very available on the day of our departure. On this occasion, we had the pleasure of meeting Tim, the youngest member of the family😄. Downstairs in the living room, the pellet stove is easy to use and creates a nice atmosphere. The protective wooden barrier does the job. To make it even better, it's just missing a few more books for children.

We had a great time at Val-André which was a great discovery. Laurence's house has a family history, it is warm and very comfortable. The garden is beautifully flowered, out of sight. The location on the dike allows direct access to the beach, the terrace is perfectly set up to marvel at the sunsets. The area is rich in walks of all kinds. The person who welcomed us very kindly adapted to our early arrival. We highly recommend this listing.

The new, modernly furnished and very well-maintained house looks exactly as it appears in the photos. The nice town center can be reached in a few minutes - also on foot Nowlenn is a very good and attentive hostess and was always extremely reliably available. We received helpful information about the place and the area and so spent a pleasant stay in this domicile. So overall highly recommended.

We had a great time in this very functional house and perfectly suitable for families with young children. Everything is designed for comfort: a dedicated space on the ground floor allows a couple of friends or grandparents to enjoy a certain independence, while staying close to the rest of the group. The house is comfortable, very well equipped, with a friendly kitchen and living room, perfect for family reunions. The sea view is a real plus! Communication with the hosting team was smooth and responsive, with great flexibility to organize our stay. We would highly recommend this property!

A very beautiful house with an incredible view! The destination is beautiful and is very easily accessible. The beach is a 2 min walk and it is very easy to get to the city center. A very nice place!

We enjoyed Annie's accommodation and the surroundings for 3 days and 2 nights. The house is very modern, spacious and very pleasant. There is a small shop nearby for shopping, accessible on foot. It is also possible to walk to the sea, and this is very appreciable and pleasant. The Cap d'Erquy is a beautiful place, about 1/2 hour from the accommodation. We highly recommend this listing.

Warmth by the fire and watching the tides at almost 360°!!! It's amazing!!! The house is really big and very well insulated. Each space retains its privacy which adds to the tranquility of these collegial moments. Excellent view and comfort, warm welcome, tips on local merchants, hiking trails at the foot of the property and the view!!! I'm repeating myself but this is definitely what stands out the most as soon as you check in. A family birthday that delighted all the guests!

Had a really nice stay with the family (8 people) Point of attention for people who have difficulty getting around because the house is accessible only by a small sloping path (20 m) and then by stairs

Josiane is very welcoming and responsive. The accommodation is very well equipped, including the kitchen which even has a billig, a deep fryer, a barbecue and many other amenities. The house is quiet, you can't hear the other rooms.

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's house, the view is magnificent, the pool is great. Nothing to say except that we will surely go back with pleasure.

The house is very spacious and beautifully located. Pool is very clean. We felt very comfortable. Great view, easy way to the beach. However, the kitchen is a little worn and also some furniture, but others are very new. All in all, it was a really great vacation for us - the price is still a bit high.

The house has a splendid sea view, it is very spacious, very bright. We had a perfect stay, everything is well thought out (several terraces for example, depending on the time of day and the sunshine). The pool is heated, the sauna and steam room are very well arranged. We'll be back with pleasure!

Emilie’s house on the outskirts of Paimpol was a lovely place to stay with our multigenerational family. The location offers all that Brittany is famed for and the house was great for both our young children and elderly parents.

We had a great stay in Binic, largely thanks to Juliette's accommodation! Its location is perfect for accessing the port (15 min walk partly along a section of the GR 34, so with a superb view). It seemed brand new, clean, spacious and with all the necessary amenities. The garden with heated pool accessible by two huge bay windows is also a big plus. Finally, there was room to park our 3 cars right in front of the house, which is very convenient when you are loaded with children. Juliette and her partner were able to make themselves available and responsive as soon as we needed help. Again, thank you for your trust

We had a great weekend, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the time it did during our stay! The house was perfect for six adults and a child, a large living room and space for everyone! We were very well hosted by Virginia, she was attentive and available. A beautiful area to visit!

We just stayed in this beautiful place which was absolutely amazing, perfect for our group of 10 people and our 2 dogs. The space was huge, offering everyone enough room to feel at ease. Every detail was thought out for comfort: spacious bathrooms to an extremely well-equipped kitchen, capable of handling a large number of guests. What really made our stay special was the exceptional amenities. Even in winter, you can enjoy the heated pool. For rainy evenings or days, billiards and foosball were perfect entertainment. Beyond the house itself, the welcome and hospitality of the hosts were first-rate. They made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay truly memorable. In summary, our experience was amazing in every respect. Highly recommended!
