The apartment is located in a peaceful small town. It's easy to check in. Sébastien is responsive. The Accommodation is clean, functional and pleasant

We had a great time, Superb apartment, functional and well equipped It is extremely well placed in intra muros, 100 meters from the beach, ramparts and shopping streets. The owner Martine is very kind, with a lot of humor, she distills precious advice on restaurants and other shops. She is available in all circumstances and Martine knows Saint Malo and especially intra muros better than her pocket. I would highly recommend this apartment as well as Super Martine's professionalism Greg, Sabine, and Ghjulia.

What a beautiful, peaceful place! We spent 3 restorative days in Sables d'or les Pins it has a spectacular beach, plenty of places to eat and drink, the access to the GR34 coast path for runs and walks is amazing. The appartment on the third floor is modern spacious, quiet comfortable, with everything you need. The bed / bedding was great! The area is fantastic for walking or just relaxing. Pity we only had 3 nights we would have loved to stay longer, Thank you

Very clean and perfectly equipped accommodation for 4 couples. Very well located, in a subdivision. A little overlooked when you're on the terrace, but nothing too bad. Nathalie was very responsive to our request for a classic coffee maker (with filters). Ideally located accommodation to visit 10 km around many tourist places. Lancieux is also a pretty little town with several shops and access to the sea is indeed possible 10 minutes on foot. We had a great stay with friends and I think we will repeat the experience with our family. Thanks to Nathalie.

Gorgeous house in a great location. The kids loved the heated pool and table football. House and kitchen well equipped and we had a welcome tour and explanation of how to use everything Enjoyed walks on the coast, trips to beach, bike rides around Dinan. Boat trip to St Malo and down the river in dinan. Plus the fantastic French food and wine!

Upon arrival, we were very well received by our hosts Emmanuel and Laure. The place is lovely and the place spotless. After days full of sightseeing, it's the perfect place to relax in a green setting. Very well placed, the location is also ideal for discovering the coasts of this magnificent region . Really happy with our stay!

You can book without a second thought! A beautiful place tastefully redone, it's functional and perfect for a great stay. The accommodation is very clean and very well-equipped. Christelle's before communication and hospitality was perfect! Finally the land is perfectly fenced which was perfect for our dogs! Besides, the outside is perfect, very beautiful and peaceful! We had a great week in Sophie's apartment, where you really feel at home. The view is beautiful and you can enjoy it even more with the small balcony. The apartment is very well located with direct access to the beach and about fifteen minutes' walk to the city center. Very good for a family!

Beautiful apartment very well located for visiting the surroundings and close to the beach, restaurants, casino. It's functional with plenty of storage space. The provision of board games also allowed us to have a good time. We recommend!

Very nice apartment!! Very bright! Very clean! Great shower! Very good bedding and ambient light TV! Small balcony but very appreciable with the table and 2 chairs! The garage is a plus for unloading the car with elevator!! Very quiet residence!

Lovely apartment, had difficulty finding as the road was barred due to road works. Would have liked a bakery in walking distance. Excellent base for Dinard and St Malo
