Very nice house. Large spaces inside and outside. Located in a beautiful region near the sea: Saint-Briac, Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint-Malo... The host, Daniele, is very responsive. We wished we could have stayed longer. This is proof that we are very satisfied!

We had excellent contact with Glenn and Christophe. The house is spacious and everything is done to ensure that you have a very good stay with family or friends. It is quiet, the garden is enclosed and the provision of all games and sports activities is a plus for vacationers.

We had a wonderful weekend with the impression of having always been on this beautiful terrace with sea view (only one meal inside). We had a great week in Dinard in this spacious, comfortable, functional and charming house. Great location, a short walk to the Plage de l 'Ecluse and shops.

Lovely house in a secluded location, just a short walk from the seaside and a lovely Oyster Bar. Supermarkets, fuel station and boulangeries all within a 5 minute drive. The swimming pool was a godsend with our 7 kids (from 3 families!) but it was a shame we were unable to pull back the cover as it seemed to be screwed down, as it can get quite hot in there in strong direct sunshine. Otherwise, a great house and spacious enough for everyone to get together or have their own space.

our stay was perfect, the house is particularly nice and very well equipped. a superb and quiet terrace. Owners are always available and responsive. everything was perfect and the icing on the cake is visiting a deer in the garden.

Josiane is very welcoming and responsive. The accommodation is very well equipped, including the kitchen which even has a billig, a deep fryer, a barbecue and many other amenities. The house is quiet, you can't hear the other rooms.

We had a great few days at Jérôme's cottage. The cottage was pleasant and atypical. The clean pool and hot tub was a wonder 👍 The setting is peaceful and perfect for relaxation. We can note the quality of the work that has been done and my quality of the rooms. The kitchen is just perfect and the cottage is very large to accommodate several people. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay with friends in the big house. Very simple and clear communication with Emmanuel. The place was very functional for 12 people. We also enjoyed the accessible games. The proximity to Dinan and even Rennes was a plus too. We would highly recommend it and will gladly come back :)

We had a great weekend, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the time it did during our stay! The house was perfect for six adults and a child, a large living room and space for everyone! We were very well hosted by Virginia, she was attentive and available. A beautiful area to visit!

Concern the accommodation, it is as described: 4 clean and spacious bedrooms, functional kitchen with everything you need, games and books for children inside the house as well as outdoor games. A large land not overlooked, surrounded by fields, that gives a real kind of freedom. Wood made available for the stove or the barbecue with all the necessities to turn it on There's nothing missing from this house! The big plus: a superb indoor and heated swimming pool that made young and old happy!
