Franck is a very responsive, friendly and accommodating landlord. The accommodation was perfect, very clean, all the kitchen essentials, fast internet... Lots of walks on the coast and its countless beaches and coastal paths, not to mention Cap Fréhel and its dolphins! Great stay with the little kids before school starts.

We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in May in this house that has far exceeded our expectations. Everything is designed for comfort and fun: the pool and play areas made our children happy, and the quality outdoor amenities allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation. The house is nestled in a haven of peace, with a splendid view a short walk away, while being ideally located close to Breton seaside resorts. A perfect setting for a family wishing to combine tranquility and discoveries. A huge thank you to Alexandra and Julien for their warm welcome, availability and kindness, which greatly contributed to the success of this stay. We highly recommend it!

We had a very good weekend with 4 couples of friends whose accommodation is well equipped.

We had a great holiday at Maylis and Benoît's house. The house is charming, very well equipped (washing machine and dryer, everything to cook, everything you need for the little ones) and quiet. We were very comfortable with our 4 kids. Our little ones enjoyed playing in the children's room where there are many toys. Maylis gave us very helpful sightseeing tips and restaurants before we arrived. The house is very well located very close to the pretty port of Dahouët. There are nice restaurants in Pléneuf and nice shops and a very nice market. The location is a very good starting point for beautiful getaways easily achievable on the day. Great vacation!

Quiet and pleasant house, ideal for families. The house is located in a peaceful and secure environment, perfect for children thanks to the closed gate. It is very functional, clean and well-equipped (coffee maker, shower towels, dishwashing liquid, tea towels, etc.) The outdoor jacuzzi is a real plus for relaxing after a day of walking. The location is ideal, close to Pléneuf-Val-André and Erquy. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

Emmanuelle's house is a true earthly paradise. Photos are not enough to capture the beauty of the place. Both the inside and out are beautiful. All the rooms of the house allow you to admire a breathtaking landscape, which changes continuously with the rhythm of the tides. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful views of the coast. The interior is carefully decorated and tastefully furnished. The house is super equipped (appliances, dishes, kitchen utensils, games for children, etc.). It offers absolute comfort, unlike many holiday homes, where you can only find the essentials. The maintenance is perfect and the cleanliness exemplary. Nearby are all the useful shops for shopping and Paimpol is a five-minute drive away. Emmanuelle was an exceptional host.

Very nice accommodation located in a very quiet environment by the stream. Well-equipped, good bedding. Very nice welcome from Céline . The sea and the GR 34 are accessible on foot through the forest in 10/15 min. Vehicle mandatory for businesses.

Peaceful little Oasis. Frédéric Garden is wonderful. It's very quiet and I really enjoyed staying there. You can easily access the sentier GR34 which leads you to nice little villages.

We had a lovely extended weekend in Pleneuf Val André. The house is pleasant, and perfectly equipped (including the kitchen).

Very well equipped and clean accommodation. We enjoyed the location, the view and the sunset... No barbecue or really usable outdoor area... we are happy with the beach :)

We are delighted with the weekend spent in the Holen accommodation, very nicely decorated, tasteful, very clean and well designed The spa area is great. You can alternate with the sauna area as you wish. This accommodation allows privacy (except perhaps a little less the terrace) promoting relaxation and rest. Caroline is a very responsive host, we appreciated that she adapted to our arrival time! We highly recommend this accommodation, we could come back without a second thought 👍👍👍👍👍

The description and photos of the house in the listing are absolutely accurate. The view from the terrace and the living room is spectacular. You can reach the sea on foot in about 3 minutes, from where you can also reach the hiking trail along the coast. We have had beautiful hikes and bike rides. Excursions to Rennes, St. Malo, Mont Saint Michel and some nearby towns are easily possible. In short, it was a successful vacation there.

We had a great time! The accommodation is as described, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. The host was very welcoming, which greatly facilitated our arrival and departure. We highly recommend this address and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!
