Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Playas

I have visited this airbnb 3 times, and each time it is better than the previous one. It has everything you need, it is clean, has an excellent location and also the attention to any questions was excellent. Recommended for family or friends

The apartment optimizes the spaces at full, it is very comfortable and faithful to the photos of the publication, the view is simply SPECTACULAR, the host is always pending and is easily accessible if you have any questions or requests. Definitely recommended!!!

Excellent place with a great view

We have had a very good time in Eduardo's penthouse. Eduardo has been a very accommodating host. He had put food in the refrigerator so that we wouldn't have to run to the supermarket to get breakfast for the following morning. Very thoughtful! The apartment was clean and roomy, and the beds were very comfortable. The beach was easily accessible from the building. Highly recommended!

The place was as advertised, very friendly hosts, they were always pending. A very pleasant place to go by as it is quite relaxing.

Staying at Luis Eduardo’s place was definitely a good choice, I wanted a place where I can have direct access to the beach, that it had a pool and a playground for the kids. This had it all. I stayed for 10 days and I couldn’t be happier. It also had a restaurant at the pool area on weekends with delicious seafood, so yummy and fresh. I would totally recommend it without hesitation and the price did not break the bank, really affordable. The house was just right for us, 2 rooms had AC that worked perfectly for the high temperatures so we slept comfortably. I will definitely come back. It was easy to get and the host was very responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for making my vacation a success.

Large house, with all amenities. Equipped kitchen (there was a coffee maker💛), smart TV (you can connect your Netflix, Disney, etc. accounts), very good internet, hot water (you need to turn on the pump because the area does not have good pressure, it is old, therefore noisy), rooms with air conditioning, OK beds (the mattress under the bunk bed is a little hard), it has a nice balcony. It has a grill👌🏼. A place away from the noise, a quiet beach (a little rough sea). To go out to eat, you are about 10 or 15 minutes away.

Great place to stay with family and friends. Private, safe, and great ocean view. The only issue that I encountered was that the electronic lockbox to enter the apartment was a little challenging to figure out how it worked, as it sometimes acted out.
