Everything is close. If you have a tour to do, they pass very close by. It's easy to walk. The place is quite spacious. The pool is very large and has a very good view. It has 2 bathrooms with a shower, so that everything is faster when it comes to getting ready to go out on time to walk, I would definitely return

Maria is a wonderful host and her condo is very comfortable and clean. The bakery across the street was delicious and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Otherwise we walked about 15 min to the tourist area which had so many choices for food! We also walked to Sams Club (taxi back) for food cooked at the Air bnb. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool was very nice and lying in a hammock in the pool heavenly! Highly recommend!

Very good place, close to 5th avenue and with almost private pool for us, it has 2 beds and is for 4 people, very friendly Iris always answers and responds if you have doubts or some failure, the only thing was that one day we slept without air conditioning and it was getting very hot but the next day Iris helped us to repair it; we really liked it, we would get there again

A 2-night mini-stay. Complex of 6 lofts/apartments that share common areas (swimming pools etc.) Super clean accommodation and no musty smell like you can have elsewhere in Mexico. Very cozy with a mezzanine. Everything is functional. The only downside is the double bed, small for a couple and not very soft but you can still sleep.☺️ Perfect walking distance to Playa del Carmen. Playacar area, safe and beautiful environment.

We encountered a minor issue the second day of our stay, but it was addressed promptly and efficiently. The MayanKey Team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and hospitality made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!
