I really appreciated the little things in this place. It came stocked with everything to make it feel like home. The entire property and condo was amazing and the pools were very spacious to where we had felt we had parts to ourselves. We were traveling multi generational from toddler teenagers to elderly and they all enjoyed it. We felt very safe and would definitely come again.

THE APARTMENT: Very nice, spacious, clean and well stocked with everything needed by our family for a weeklong stay. Wireless internet worked fine to do remote work. The cart to load/pull things throughout the complex was extremely useful. Only negative was the firmness of the double-bed mattresses, but that’s relative and not a deal-breaker. THE GROUNDS: Mareazul community was peaceful, private, safe, and absolutely gorgeous. Our family loved the pools, the beachfront, the wildlife, and the on-site restaurant. We didn’t take advantage of other amenities like the gym or spa. THE HOST: Mabel was attentive, gave clear instructions early, and communicated well. Her responsiveness slowed down noticeably after check in though, for unknown reasons. We really enjoyed staying at Mabel’s apartment and would happily return for a similar rate. 👍🏼

Primera vez en Mareazul, el complejo es muy lindo, y todos muy amables, el restaurante tiene muy buenas opciones y buenos precios. En el lobby te apoyan y te piden taxi para desplazarte a donde necesites, puedes realizar tu súper por alguna app o está a 10 minutos en taxi, el spa con costo extra es muy bueno, las chicas súper amables, el gym súper bien equipado y limpio. El departamento está muy cercano a la alberca y a unos pasos del mar, la alberca es inmensa, el departamento cuenta con todo lo esencial para unas lindas vacaciones, camas cómodas, cuenta con todas las amenidades descritas, una gran vista al mar, espacioso súper cómodo, y el anfitrión súper amable, atento y responde en todo momento, esperamos volver, gracias por recibirnos y por todas sus atenciones. Recomendable 100%

Realmente las fotos no le hacen honor al lugar, tanto el depto como el resto del condominio. Nos sentimos como en casa, no nos queríamos ir. A tal punto que nos pareció más lujoso que el all inclusive al que nos hospedamos después. Todo impecable, con detalles en cada lugar donde mirase, excelente terminaciones y calidad de los electrodomésticos. Hasta pudimos hacer uso del lavarropas. Me di cuenta que no había secador de pelo y al mencionárselo a Melani ella directamente lo compró y lo obtuve al día siguiente. Impecable. Nos sentimos realmente muy cómodos, al ser nuestra luna de miel no podríamos haber elegido mejor lugar para pasar nuestras primeras 8 noches en Playa del Carmen. La zona muy tranquila, podés moverte bien con auto ya que queda un poco lejos del centro pero conviene porque es una zona exclusiva. Muchas gracias Melani y al otro anfitrión por tanta calidez. Recomendaremos sin dudas y volveremos apenas podamos.

Excelente lugar todo muy lindo tal cual como las fotos, es un lugar tranquilo si es lo que buscas, nosotros viajamos en familia con niños y una persona de la tercera edad y la verdad fue una experiencia extraordinaria ya que todos disfrutaron de la comodidad y la exclusividad de las instalaciones, el anfitrión siempre estuvo muy atento a mis dudas antes de la reservación y durante mi estancia, un lugar muy recomendable.

This place was beautiful! It exceeded our expectations as far as the apartment and complex goes. The apartment was clean, spacious, cutely decorated, and functional and had just about everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and spacious and my kid enjoyed the shallow areas. The beach access was fun as well. The condo area was private and felt safe and clean. However, it was about a 10 min taxi ride from downtown, and the nearby city areas were not as nice. This condo is perfect for a family using a car, though taxis are easy to get from the entrance of the condo resort. There are two restaurants in the resort that had decent food, which was helpful so we didn’t need to leave the complex for every meal. There were no grocery stores nearby, but there is a mini mart at the complex.

Excelente lugar, superó nuestras expectativas, muy bien ubicado a pocos minutos del centro comercial con casa de cambio y parada de colectivos hacia y desde el centro, también cercano a ala tima de transporte a xcaret. Única observación, el baño principal tenía baja presión de agua en la ducha.

We had a great week staying at Carlos’ place. Carlos was a great host. He sent us lots of recommendations in the neighbourhood and was very communicative. He checked in once or twice throughout the week to see if we needed anything. You could tell he wanted to make sure we had a great stay, which we really appreciated. Both bedrooms were spacious and as described. The window in the second floor bedroom was beautiful! It really is as lush as in the pictures, despite being on the top floor. The pool on the balcony was a nice touch as well. It was bigger than we expected and very clean. The pool cleaner came twice throughout the week but it wasn’t disruptive. The best part about the condo is the roof top pool! Adults only, quiet, lots of sun all day, and only one floor away. We never had trouble getting lounge chairs and met some very nice neighbours. Overall we loved our week and I would recommend this condo to any traveler looking for a comfortable, conveniently located option.

The condo was in a great location! The amenities were awesome. Beautiful pools! There was an Oxxo right across the condos which was super convenient. Loved being in Playacar. Much more quiet, very family friendly. Rose was great, very responsive!

Great place. Deena was responsive. We had a couple of glitches but we worked it all out. The location is perfect. Beautiful pool area and quite relaxing. Property is right where you want to be, not too noisy, but walkable on the main called. So easy to get around on foot and easy to grab a taxi if needed. Room was quiet and private. Request more blankets if you need to feel more cuddly. I'd like a towel switch out if you're staying for a week. 2 towels is not enough for 2 people for 6 night/7 days. Overall place is quite enjoyable. The balcony does not have a view, so if you're looking for that, don't expect it. The pool area was my favorite part of the property. Bed was comfy. Stay in this place if you're a very familiar couple or friend team... because the bathroom does not have sealed door, so your mate is going to hear all of your business. I would like a bit more lighting in the place, runs pretty dark. Very quiet if you need to get some work done. Wifi works great.

We had a great stay, everything was clean and it was clear the limits on aircon use etc. (As there are 4 rooms with aircon, 3 bedrooms and the living room, it’s not possible to have aircon during the night in the bedrooms as you will go over the limit immediately). One aircon running is about 2kw per hour for those who are wondering so be aware for the hot months. Julieta was very responsive and friendly and we had a good check in and check out experience. The water pressure was not very good on the first floor but other than that there was always enough hot water for all of us and the kitchen was very well equipped with even a kettle and toaster which we really appreciated :) The community children’s playroom was a huge plus for us as well as the community pool, there are two different pools with shade at different times of the day so it was great for the kids. Also little extras like beach umbrellas and she provided more than enough towels which was great:) Def would stay again!

Silvia’s home felt like home, we throughly enjoyed our stay, the home was very clean with everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. We felt very comfortable there, the house had plenty of space for our family. Silvia was an excellent host, she was very quick to respond to us, very friendly and accommodating, it was a pleasure to communicate and stay in her home. Bali complex feels very safe, my boys were free to walk around and use the leisure club, they felt safe and everyone was so friendly. The leisure club is excellent, my boys enjoyed playing football, basketball and working out in the gym, the Olympic size swimming pool is lovely and so refreshing. There’s tennis and a padel court as well. It was nice to have a separate pool in Kona, a few steps away from the house, it was very quiet and peaceful staying there, would definitely stay there again and would recommend staying at Bali in Silvia’s home.

Ame la atención de los anfitriones, me salvaron de no pasar la noche en el carro junto con 7 jovencitas, el Airbnb que rente para mis vacaciones nos hizo pasar un mal momento y tuvimos que dejarlo, contacte a los anfitriones en altas horas de la noche y fueron accesibles y rápidos nos facilitaron todo para habitar el departamento en menos de 10 min 🤗 fueron ángeles para nosotros, el lugar es cómodo seguro y con indicaciones súper claras y precisas, están en contacto y disponibles siempre, los recomiendo 100%

El lugar está muy bonito, fui con mi familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Cuenta con todos los servicios y proporcionan muchas cosas que te sirven para ocupar en la playa. Alonso contestaba muy pronto las dudas que teníamos. Excelente y confortable lugar, sin duda volvería a hospedarme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Excelente! mi familia y yo amamos el lugar, sumamente cómodo y bonito, limpio y ordenado! Fue justo lo que necesitábamos, tanto la casa como la zona muy tranquilas y Juan Manuel siempre muy amable, atento y disponible, listo para apoyarnos en cualquier momento, así como el personal muy amable también. 100% recomendado, sin duda alguna lo elegiría nuevamente.

El alojamiento de Angela es magnifico, porque es una casa muy cuidada en detalles, muy limpia, realmente te sientes como en casa, la decoracion es muy agradable y te sientes muy agusto. Me fascino la ubicacion porque esta muy cerca de xcaret, xplore, y otros parques, hay centros comerciales y supers relativamente cerca. Hay alberca en el privado, es seguro. Angela esta muy al pendiente de lo que necesites.

Parfait séjour dans ce Condo à mi chemin entre Cancun et Tulum. Idéal pour découvrir la région. Hôte réactif, et arrangeant. Résidence bien équipée : piscine, jeux pour enfants, salle de sport. Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. À recommander ++

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
