Holiday rentals with a patio in Playacar Beach

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

Our stay in playacar was incredible. The condo was beautiful, clean and a great place to relax during our stay. There was so much to do in the surrounding areas of playa del Carmen and many choices to eat and shop. We loved how safe we felt in the playacar community and how we could chose from a relaxing day by the pool or having a fun adventure in a Cenote! We would definitely return and recommend! Our host Asaf was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations for places to go and also tips to make our trip easy and relaxing. We took many of his suggestions about where to eat and the places to visit as well as things like where to shop and how to use the atms etcetera. I wish all hosts were this helpful! It made our trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you so much!

계획없이 방문했으나 너무 훌륭한 숙소를 만나 편하게 지내다 왔습니다. 플라야 델 카르멘에 대해 정말 별로 알아보지 않고 왔습니다만 이보다 완벽한 위치가 있나 싶네요. 지하주차장이 있어서 렌트카로 다니기도 편하고 루프탑, 일층 수영장 접근도 다 편했어요. 침대는 크고 super clean 상태였으며, 식기나 화장실도 모두 깨끗했습니다. 가성비를 따져봐도 너무 좋은 숙소라고 생각해요. 딱 하나, 제가 묵은 방은 발코니쪽 창문이 잠기지 않았어요. 이건 고쳐야할것 같습니다. 걸어갈수있는 거리에 맛집도 있었어요. El fogon 이라고 있는데 사람들 바글바글합니다.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Our host was amazing—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and they even left a few thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. If you're visiting Playa del Carmen, do yourself a favor and book this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic spot in playacar. Beautiful unit, very clean. Loved having access to the pool and being in a super safe neighbourhood. Very beautiful and the hosts were very responsive. I’d come back! However, be mindful of using the reef resort, make sure to go early with your card. Staff at the reef prioritize their own guests vs card users staying in playacar. The beach and pool at the reef are worth the wait though. Otherwise amazing experience and I can’t wait to book again!!

Nos gustó mucho y el señor del front desk. Siempre fue muy amable y nos ayudó cuando realizamos nuestro check out y nos facilitó pedir un taxi. Todo estaba en orden y teníamos todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía. El baño tiene un espacio amplio para poner todos los productos de skin care.

Very good condo, very clean and beautiful view of the city and beach!!

I had a great stay, I travelled alone and was there for 6 days. The place is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, so just make sure you’re up for that. The space itself was really clean & looked like the pictures. My only issue was that the shower had a really awkward placement next to the toilet, but that’s really my only complaint.

El lugar está muy tranquilo, seguro y muy cerca de todos los lugares de entretenimiento que puedas buscar en playa del carmen. La hospitalidad que brinda Claudia es inigualable, siempre muy atenta agradecidos estamos por todas las atenciones que nos brindo y muy buenas recomendaciones que nos hizo. En definitiva regresaremos, por que nos hizo sentir no que solo estábamos en casa sino que nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos alguien de su familia.

This beautiful villa is centrally located by a shopping center, not too far away from 5to Avenida and within short walking distance to the beach. The host was very responsive and the community has security 24/7. I 100% recommend it and we will be back.

John’s place felt just like home! The house has a great location, amenities (pool, club house) are amazing and great to have a fun and relaxing time with the family. There are a lot of restaurants and places to get some food nearby, this is great when you don’t feel like going out. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable. In general, John’s house is amazing if you wanna have a great, fun and relaxing family vacation.

Fue una experiencia muy grata y satisfactoria, el nivel de atención y servicio muy agradable, solo como sugerencia el cambiar los sartenes y almohadas más rígidas y evaluar la posibilidad de permitir el check out a las 12hrs para poder aprovechar más el medio día. Estuvimos muy cómodos con mi familia, la casa tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar las vacaciones, relajante, callado y privado, no nos hizo falta nada! Abril y Omar muy atentos siempre :)

Great location in a quiet building. Great WiFi that made video meetings a breeze. Lots of comfortable places to relax inside and out. Thoughtful amenities included in the bathroom like aloe vera, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Todo impecable, muy cómodo el departamento y segura la zona, impecable la limpieza, muy cómodo, el anfitrión siempre rápido en contestar preguntas y en apoyar

Apartamento coincide con la descripción, un lugar tranquilo con mucha naturaleza, estaba ordenado y el anfitrión Andras siempre estuvo muy pendiente y dió instrucciones claras. Lo único negativo que una de las bicicletas no funcionaba y las distancias para caminar a la salida de playacar son de aproximadamente 15 minutos. De resto todo positivo, hay un Oxxo 24 horas a 5 minutos y también cuenta con la tarjeta de club de playa.

Nagyon tetszett az egész családnak a lakás berendezése , hangulatos. Szépen felújította Nicoletta. Kedves , hogy társasjátékok és vizi játékok is vannak bekészítve a vendégeknek . Hűtött vízzel és kávéval vártak minket. A sok medence és a szép kert illetve a nagy tersz tetszett a legjobban . Nagyon otthonos a lakás , biztosan jövünk még .

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

Excelente departamento. Es un lugar con excelente ubicación, tanto para las playas públicas como para la zona de restaurantes y vida nocturna, y permanece como un lugar tranquilo. El departamento impecable, súper lindo, y los amenities muy buenos. Los anfitriones fueron espectaculares, y nos dieron muy buena atención, recomendaciones e indicaciones. Muy recomendado

Cumplió con nuestras expectativas, tuvimos un excelente hospedaje. El departamento fue tal como se muestra en las fotos. La alberca es perfecta, y el condominio es amplio, perfecto para hospedaje. La atención de la anfitriona fue excelente, muy amable. 100% recomendado si quieren pasar tiempo en familia, amigos o si simplemente les gustaría estar cerca de avenidas principalesnes

L'appartement est parfait. Rien à redire là-dessus. Par contre, lors de mon séjour, j'ai posé une question aux hôtes et encore à ce jour (5 jours plus tard) je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. De plus, et ce, à but constructif, je pense que ce serait bien que ce genre d'appartement offre un minimum d'articles de plage (petit parasol, chaises, etc). Mais ce ne sont que des détails. L'appartement est vraiment super bien situé, tranquille tout en étant très près de l'action. Je le recommande sans aucun doute et il fera partie de nos recherches lors d'un prochain séjour. Très propre, convivial et bien équipé.
