Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Playacar Beach

Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Awesome place for the family! I was a little skeptical about at first buying an Airbnb in Mexico (since I have never been there before), but after staying here, I can definitely say I will be back. I never once felt unsafe and it was nice to see the police everywhere around the neighborhood for added security. The place was easy to find and a very great location, the taxis around Playa del Carmen are also very reasonable. So many restaurant options all within a five minute walk of the property. Also, plenty of late night bars to stop at. The roof top pool was perfect and had a great view of the ocean and Cozumel. Pool also has a bar with great drink prices. The beach was a quick walk away, but I would suggest taking a taxi though too Playa - 72, a much more quiet beach if you don't want a crowd. Lastly, the host was very attentive and always responded when needed. The front desk was also a great resource for anything we needed. I will definitely be back here!

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. El apartamento es genial, muy cómodo y tal cual las fotos. La ubicación es perfecta si planeas visitar los parques de xcaret. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos en este lugar.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Our host was amazing—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and they even left a few thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. If you're visiting Playa del Carmen, do yourself a favor and book this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great space in the private gated area of playacar. Taxi was just a few minutes away from fifth Avenue. Clean space. Wish there was better hot water (only lasted in 30 second spurts). Taxi stand outside complex super convenient. Restaurants 10 minute walk. OXXO just 5 minutes. Golf cart service was key as it was hard to get to some places like Starbucks. The Reef hotel access was nice but often full to use. Overall, I recommend this place.

Un excelente departamento para una pareja, bien ubicado varios súper cercanos, cerca de la quinta y cerca de las estaciones donde te recogen para ir a los parques Xcaret. Toda la estancia fue muy buena y Víctor siempre atento a lo que se necesite.

This was my second time staying with Ronn! It was so great the first time that I had to come back! 1. The condo is beautiful with a gym and rooftop pool. Inside the condo building there is a jungle setting that’s stunning! 2. It’s walking distance to the beach in a few minutes and steps away from coffee, breakfast, groceries, food and a quiet spot with live music. 3. It’s on the quiet end of 5th ave so you’re not dealing with the party animals but close enough to walk down for night life if you choose. 4. Ronn allowed a late checkout for my late flight. However, if another guest was checking in you can leave your bags with the secure front desk. This is the best place to stay in Playa!!

Super beau logement avec un jacuzzi privé, le penthouse est comme les photos. La rue était en construction et nous n’avions pas accès au stationnement. L’hôte nous à remboursé le montant que nous avons payé pour stationner. Cela a été très apprécié même si c’était hors de son contrôle. L’hôte était très réactif et répondait rapidement. Je recommande vivement!!!

Nos recibieron con el apartamento súper limpio, organizado y con todos los amenities para tener una experiencia extremadamente cómoda. Las instrucciones de acceso fueron perfectas, el ambiente privado y tranquilo. Pudimos descansar y disfrutar de Playa del Carmen. Agradezco especialmente a Lupita, con quien mantuve comunicación directa, por su calidez, comunicación y resolución. Volveremos 😊

Muy buena ubicación! el lugar muy agradable y comodo, buen servicio al cliente por parte de la recepción, perfecto si buscas algo cerca de la quinta avenida y el ferry a Cozumel pero en una zona tranquila, cerca de restaurantes. la azotea tiene una bonita vista.

As a solo female traveller; I felt comfortable & safe here! The host communicated well and clear. The bed was comfortable. There were extra beach and bathroom towels. Water pressure in shower was decent and felt clean. The fridge had 4 water bottles when you first entered. Wifi was great (working remotely) Pool upstairs was cool except it wasn’t cold in temperature, didn’t enjoy it since it was hot. Gym amenities were good! My favorite thing was the location, PRIME to be far enough and close enough to the fun. Market downstairs was accessible! The AC has an odd leak of water so dont charge your devices on when its also on. I would stay here again. (Theres a lot of construction so you need to pass it + the workers but not a big deal) plenty of taxis nearby if needed.

This place felt right at home. It is very peaceful, clean, and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great place to stay and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Parking in garage is a nice bonus. Rooftop bar is beautiful with several pools and chairs, but wasn't busy when we were there. Appliances are in good condition. Kitchen works but would be nice if there were basic condiments and spices & oil. There is a karaoke place that is nearby and easily heard, seems to go on most nights. Host has a maintenance person to help with requests through messaging app and he was quite responsive and helpful.

La estancia fue muy cómoda y placentera, cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias para sentirte como en casa. Nos sentimos seguros porque cuenta con estacionamiento privado y todo el edificio está monitoreado con cámaras de seguridad, lo que brinda más seguridad y confianza.

La casa esta simplemente hermosa, tiene todas las amenidades y herramientas para pasarla en familia, amplia, limpia y muy bien cuidada. Las atenciones de Ana fueron muy buenas, siempre pendiente y con buenas recomendaciones. La ubicación muy buena, zona bonita, el residencial muy tranquilo y sobre todo seguro. Mi descripción en 3 palabras, hermoso, seguro y tranquilo.

Ame la atención de los anfitriones, me salvaron de no pasar la noche en el carro junto con 7 jovencitas, el Airbnb que rente para mis vacaciones nos hizo pasar un mal momento y tuvimos que dejarlo, contacte a los anfitriones en altas horas de la noche y fueron accesibles y rápidos nos facilitaron todo para habitar el departamento en menos de 10 min 🤗 fueron ángeles para nosotros, el lugar es cómodo seguro y con indicaciones súper claras y precisas, están en contacto y disponibles siempre, los recomiendo 100%

Excelente estancia, Elba y Nayeli siempre atentas para resolver cualquier imprevisto. Agradezco todas las atenciones, ampliamente recomendable. Muy seguro, confortable y las albercas excelente.

I was especially impressed by how they helped me bring my vision for my best friend’s bachelorette celebration to life. From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They were always just a message or call away, and their dedication truly made our stay special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it was a dream come true! 🙏🏽🥹💕

Maison bien équipée et spacieuse, dans un secteur paisible et sécuritaire, avec bonne connexion Internet et à distance raisonnable de marche pour faire l’épicerie. Je la recommande vivement. L’hôte était réceptif et répondait rapidement à nos messages. Il nous a trouvé 2 parcs de bébé. Les lits étaient confortables. La piscine à 2 niveaux était à proximité et idéale pour nos enfants. Durant notre séjour de 3 sem., nous avons utilisé les services de Maria, la femme de ménage. Elle a fait un excellent travail autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Nous avons utilisé la carte d’accès au Reef Club mais je ne le conseille pas si vous avez de jeunes enfants. Le resort est loin (30 min) et petit, sans attrait pour les enfants. Pour boire ou manger, il faut acheter un livret de coupons à 100 US qu’il faut dépenser le jour même. Nous avons préféré acheter des DayPass au Iberostar situé à 10 min. Seule déception, nous étions loin de tout... loin de la 5e avenue, des restos et de la plage.

Recomendable 100%. Tal y como lo mencionan en su publicación, se esfuerzan hasta el más mínimo detalle en que todo este bien y limpio. Fuimos 6 adultos y 2 menores y estuvimos bastante cómodos, todos los servicios sin ninguna falla, y la zona muy tranquila. La alberca les encanto a mis sobrinos e instalaciones en gral siempre iluminadas y limpias. Solo si te hospedas ahí es recomendable rentar auto, pero a 5 min tienes absolutamente todo.
