It has a small but very functional full kitchen, everything was thought of. Enjoy this beautiful designed space close to 3 different beaches, Playa Guiones, Pelada and Nosara Beach. The Studio is located next to the Wildlife Refuge. Pura vida!

Loved our stay in this little slice of paradise in nature! An experience to do if you want to live the jungle life with the monkeys, birds, etc. A 4x4 is more than necessary given the condition of the roads to get there but it is part of the experience. Thanks again to Sebastian who always has summer available.

Such a beautiful stay! The outdoor area is absolutely stunning — all the plants and trees around the pool create the most peaceful, lush atmosphere. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured, and communication was smooth the whole time. Highly recommend!

5 stars!!! 10/10 stay! Juliet and Eric were truly the BEST hosts I’ve ever had. So kind, compassionate, and quick to jump on anything that came up. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable the entire time. Any issue that popped up (usually something totally out of their control, like the elements or nature just doing its thing in Costa Rica) was handled right away with care and a great attitude. Their casita is beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for a longer stay. I was there for six months and had everything I needed. It’s in a safe, peaceful spot and not far from the beach. The property is super well maintained, lush, and tidy, and the decor is so tasteful and cozy. I honestly felt so lucky to have found this place. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate. You’ll be in great hands with Juliet and Eric! :)

beautiful, spacious apartment - looks even better than the photos and is so nicely decorated. conveniently located about an 8 minute walk from playa pelada and above sunrise coffee. the music from the coffee shop actually wasn’t all that loud. grocery store and a few restaurants also close by. comes with a parking spot so that was inconvenient! so many cutie dogs around the neighbourhood. would definitely recommend to other guests!! the only thing i’d say is i wish there was a possibility for self check-in/check-out - it would just provide more flexibility in case you were running late or unexpectedly early. however, to be fair, the host discloses in the listing that check-in/check-out is by appointment only and the property manager’s assistant always arrived in a timely manner. would be happy to stay here again.

This place was pure magic. Close to playa pelada and some great restaurants and the little bodega store. Our two families loved the separate living spaces that were just interactive enough. The concierge service was a great help in getting local recommendations and booking excursions. Would definitely recommend.
