Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa Junquillal

The place is incredible, better than seen in the photos, where it is located very safe and the surroundings in Hacienda Pinilla very nice. It has everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Denise's attention was excellent, always attentive and very proactive, I 100% recommend the accommodation. You can visit different beaches around and it has a very nice pool.

Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

Michael and his wife were very responsive. This place was amazing. Perfect location. If you're a surfer as it's only a five minute walk to playa grande. Several amazing restaurants within walking distance all in all great place to relax. I will be back for sure.!!

I stayed in the container. enough space for me. I would definitely stay again. Probably my new go to spot when in town, may try the bigger rooms though. but wouldnt hesitate to stay in the container again. Everything was clean and loved the early morning routine using the french press outside coffee station.. the grounds are beautiful. Great deal, friendly staff and the location is perfect. right next to two of the best restaurants in Tama.

The Villa is grandiose! The outdoor spaces are exceptional! The pool, the monkeys, the outdoor shower everything is well thought out! We feel alone in the world! Everything is beautiful and the host gives an amazing service! Book now, it's worth a day trip!

Ana’s place was perfect, just enough out of the busy area to feel tranquillity, but still close enough to all things and easily walkable. We had a very short time and we have to come back as it was probably one of the best airbnb we experienced in Costa Rica. The house itself is located in a very quite comunity and the best wide parc filled with tropical birds and monkeys. Just relaxing on the terrasse near the pool is already an experience of what Costa Rica has to offer. The house is comfortable and well decorated. The wifi is reliable and fast. Some nice beaches as Avellanas and Playa Negra nearby plus some more secret ones. Plus, the hosts Caroline and Sylvain are a great bonus as they are doing a great job preserving and reforesting the area with their non profit organization : Savage Lands (you should support as we are going to!) Don't hesitate....Visit this place.

Very secure gated community. Monkeys greeted us at the gate! Wonderful back porch with lovely pool! Kitchen was really well stocked. Two great beaches near by, Playa Avellanas our favorite. Lola's restaurant on the beach is wonderful. Playa Negra has the turtle research center there! Don't miss the Cafes, Floresta and Corazon!! Ron our host was great. answering all questions and helping us out with delivering super glue to us when my husbands glasses broke.

This place is even more beautiful than in the pictures! We especially loved the pool which was always the perfect temperature. The decor and architecture was very natural and beautiful, complete with pretty tile work and natural boho decor. There is a nice kitchen with all the utensils you need to prep food and a relaxing living area. The true beauty of this location shines in the outdoor area which features a perfect sized pool, outdoor shower, fire pit and cute seating area. The host Esteban was so welcoming and very communicative. If you are thinking about booking this location, definitely do it! You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos, very cozy, super private, easy to access and has all the amenities to have an excellent stay. Communication is always very effective and attentive to any questions. Super recommended.

Pictures dont do justice to how amazing the place is. The view is simply breathtaking and Rocio took care of everything as well as giving us some pretty good recommendations for places around the house.

The first thing I thought when walking in was that everything looks exactly like the pictures. The place was spotless and the neighborhood is perfectly private and quiet. Security was attentive and friendly. You will definitely need a car to get around because the property is about 5-10 minutes from Tamarindo beach. It's a great location for a quiet relaxing getaway with a short drive to shopping, dining, and night life. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back next time we visit Costa Rica. We even saw a few howler monkeys in the nearby trees! Also, the water pressure and temperature were fantastic. No complaints at all.

We had a great stay and hope to go back. Here are a few of our highlights: - House was perfect for a week long vacation in Avellanas for the 4 of us (parents plus two teenage sons). The kitchen was well stocked, the AC kept things cool at night, and we loved having AM coffee on the patio listening to birds and monkeys. - We very heavily used the community pool. We were the only ones staying in our group of homes around the pool so we had it to ourselves each day. It was cleaned daily. - It was a long walk to the beach (20min) so we often drove to the maintained parking lot by Lola's and paid the modest $4. (The fee helps maintain the beach access so it seems well-worth paying each day.) Because it was still walkable, we'd often walk home, leaving the kids with the car to finish up a surf session... it was nice to have that flexibility. - The gated community with guards felt very secure, but the overall area also felt very safe for our 5-7 mile runs, evening strolls, and more!

Excellent accommodation, as seen in the photos, very complete as soon as the artifacts of the kitchen. We felt super comfortable. The only thing is that it is poorly accessible for older adults or people with some type of disability as it is accessed by stands to the 3rd floor.

This apartment is outstanding and comes with every amenity you could ask for — even a dryer, which is quite rare in Costa Rica. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the ocean views from both the master bedroom and the living room are absolutely spectacular. Frances is a wonderful host — very attentive and always checking in to make sure everything is perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It truly exceeded our expectations.

A wonderful condo in a quieter part of town with peaceful pools and beautiful views from the rooftop. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We absolutely LOVED this place! Very spacious for our family of 4 (two teenagers who each had their own room). The concierge service was super helpful and friendly any time we reached out to them. We booked an ATV excursion through them and there were several other great options. The place was beautifully decorated along with all the necessities you would need in the kitchen. We stopped at the Price Smart(like a Costco) after we got our rental car for groceries, so glad we did that! There is a small grocery store in Brasilito for smaller items as well. The Beach Club was a wonderful perk to have access to other pools, a gym, and the beach. Definitely plan on coming back to this place!

This was our first visit to Costa Rica. It was also our first destination out of five. We were looking for somewhere to relax and rest before we continued. Our place was perfect! Well stocked, clean, serene and beautiful. Our host, Sebastian, was really helpful. He found our friends, who had been a bit lost (no gps) and told us where to go for SIM cards. We swam in the pool And the ocean as well.
