I came here to celebrate a special occasion with my best friends and it was everything you could have wished. We felt like billionaires without a care in the world. Don Jose is nothing short of fabulous. I cannot say enough nice things about this entire experience. The owner communicates so effectively and Don Jose is boots on the ground to make it happen. The air conditioning inside the bedrooms is CRISP. The restaurant and bar next door are spectacular. Not a single thing went wrong or short of expectations. Get your swim suit, brush up on your spanish, and BOOOOOOK THIS MANSIONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!! However long you want to stay, double it! Because coming home was AWFUL!

It was a beautiful stay, really cozy and felt like right at home! My whole family loved it. It rooms were clean and the bathroom too…they even had little bottles of soap. It’s was so worth it, better than staying at a hotel. There was a shopping centre 5-10 min walking that had food,Dollarcity, grocery store and some small shops; they also have the very popular beach vibe Starbucks there! I will for sure be saving this spot to come again!

It is definitely a beautiful residence, a luxury in everything, it is super large, comfortable, with a rest area in every part of the ranch, extra entertainment that gives a plus, very clean kitchen and rooms, good in itself the whole house is super clean and tidy, Kevin, quite friendly and attentive from the reception, extra details, coffee in the mornings, super close beach, if someone is thinking of staying here, it is totally recommended and do not think much, in this ranch the good experience is guaranteed!

I recently stayed at this beautiful beach house and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The location was absolutely ideal—just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing.

My family and I absolutely loved the place! We definitely would recommend this place to others. Our cohost, Andrea was responsive and friendly. She was attentive to any of our needs. She even stopped by to say hello. The housekeeper was also extremely helpful and was available 24/7. The place was located right by the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants and other shops. Everything was walking distance. Absolutely beautiful location! The house was overall well kept. The rooms were spacious and clean. The AC worked perfectly in each room. Only negative was the stove. We were having trouble with the burners turning on. But it was minimal. Overall, it was an amazing experience! We all fell in love with the house and location. Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed 4 people for one night. A wonder, a place totally isolated from the city with a lot of tranquility and where you definitely connect with nature. We had a great time with friends! They don't forget their mosquito repellent.

My wife an I truly enjoyed our stay. Very near Playa El Tunco and Sunzal! The views were amazing, and loved the open concept and high ceilings. Very cool vibe. I'm giving it 5 stars, but just a couple of things to keep in mind: the parking situation can be a bit tricky, so definitely bring a 4x4 if you want to park right in front of the studio. Also, a hair dryer and clothes iron was not available for guests. Easy fix. :) Overall, I highly recommend this place for its beautiful location and atmosphere.

Great option for family or friends. The house is super comfortable and very well equipped, the same or better than the photos. If you go with babies, it is safe and comfortable, as it has a playpen and baby chair💖. We would definitely rent the house again.

If you’re looking for a private and nature-surrounded air bnb, look no further. This Airbnb is clean and comfortable. The host is extremely proactive and friendly. And the beach is right in front of this property. It’s peaceful and relaxing and the hammocks available are perfect to spend an afternoon enjoying the sounds of the waves and hearing the sounds of nature. During this time of year (May) expect some rain to come and extreme humidity and heat but this location is equipped with AC and open areas to cool off. The host responds quick to any question and makes sure that your stay is comfortable. I loved being able to cook breakfast in their open-air kitchen and enjoying coffee there every morning; it was one of the highlights of my stay. This home was worth it for the price we paid. It’s very affordable for a family looking for a low cost stay in El Tunco (7 min drive) Great beds, close to shops and grocery store. We did not use the beach so can’t speak on that but the pool was great and it was clean. Mario and Antonio were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

An incredible house, the nature with which it is surrounded super cared for and cozy, it is very close to the private beach that is also beautiful you can walk and by car, from the house the only thing we can put into observation are the beds, the mattress is very orthopedic, maybe for some people they like but in our case we wake up with pain in the back, from the rest a whole 100, Don Manuel's attention was very good, he is the very helpful and available. Hope to comeback soon

Totally recommended. The big place, comfortable rooms, wide and clean pool area. Very fluid communication, quickly answered my doubts, with very friendly treatment and very flexible to our requests. Definitely a place we'll be back to.
