Holiday rentals with beach access in Playa del Albir

Een heel fijn verblijf met onze twee jonge kinderen. Alles dichtbij, locatie is top. Appartement heel erg compleet en huiselijk. Fijn contact met Caroline en Pedro, bedankt!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria. Le logement était très agréable : lumineux, bien décoré, avec une superbe vue sur la mer et des lits très confortables. Un grand merci à Isa pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour, elle a su gérer avec efficacité les petits imprévus. Seuls bémols : un parking vraiment très étroit (mieux vaut se garer à l’extérieur) et quelques nuisances sonores dues à des travaux dans l’appartement voisin, totalement indépendants de l’hôte. Malgré cela, nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

This is a great place for 2 adults and even 2 children, on the beach and half way to old town and levante strip so perfect base so clean and crisp felt like it was worth every penny. Would definitely book again on the next trip

Todo ha sido muy fácil con la anfitriona, buena comunicación y buen recibimiento. La casa es preciosa, totalmente reformada, con muy buen gusto y totalmente equipada y limpieza impecable. Posee una gran terraza con comedor y zona de sofás con vistas inmejorables al mar. Además fue muy flexible en la salida por lo que disfrutamos tb del último día. Repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas

We had a great time in Altea, Elena’s flat was cute, cozy and very well renovated with touches of the old casa de pueblo details. The location was fantastic, less then 5 minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk with great restaurants. And really close to the old town with a little bit of a climb up to the fantastic church with dome. Elena was really helpful with the recommendations for restaurants and sharing with us the free parking 300m from the house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

La casa es muy bonita, cómoda y bien situada, cerca de la playa. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y camas cómodas. Hay parkings gratuitos en las inmediaciones. La anfitriona, Paula, siempre pendiente de nosotros, nos dio buenas recomendaciones y nos trajo fruta fresca de su huerto. Fue muy amable.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

We are a family of 4 and stayed 8 nights in this adorable villa, a super private location, with a pool, terrace, and balcony. We all had a fabulous time and the kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, so much so that they preferred it to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. The location is lovely, right beside a quaint tree-sheltered park that leads you to a traditional family Tapas restaurant, outside seating, brilliant prices, and fresh and delicious food, the paella is insanely good, as was the fresh squid, anchovies, mussels & clams. It is a tranquil area, set back from the busy tourist strip, perfect for just chilling with the family. Now, our host was amazing, he completely prepared us for our arrival and was in immediate contact whenever needed. We couldn't fault him or his hospitality, as we hope we have made a new friend. Heerlijk verblijf. Ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien, grenzend aan de tuin met zwembad en speeltoestel. Ideaal voor de kinderen. Het strand, winkels en restaurants zijn allemaal op loopafstand. Wij zouden hier absoluut nog een keer terugkomen.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Hemos pasado unos días en casa de Åge y estamos muy contentos con la experiencia. Llegamos casi a las 12 de la noche y no nos pusieron ningún inconveniente. El apartamento es tal y como se describe, es tranquilo, tiene una piscina muy agradable y está literalmente pegado a la playa. Además, en la casa encontramos gran variedad de utensilios de cocina que nos permitieron comer y cenar muchos días allí. La ubicación respecto del casco histórico también es muy buena, pudiendo ir caminando sin problema. Recomendamos este alojamiento para cualquiera que quiera pasar unos días en Altea.

Lovely apartment, beautiful views of the water. Very close to lots of restaurants and right on the beach. Ana was very responsive, helped us check in easily. We had to park in the gravel car park which is a few minutes walk away. Not a major issue but a bit tricky with luggage or shopping. Would stay again 😊

Apartamento en un enclave maravilloso, con todo lo necesario , muy bien comunicado. Para repetir sin duda. La comunicación con los dueños muy fácil y muy flexibles con la llegada y la salida, lo cual se agradece mucho.
