Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

Enjoy the view of this very central and newly renovated accommodation. Very well located in a resort. It is 2 minutes away from the beaches and the main avenue where there is a great pedestrian walk and bike path. There are restaurants, bars, and shops very close by less than 1 minute away. 1 minute bus stop and supermarkets. On the second floor, there is no elevator. Shower update (wider and higher quality) and mattress.

We felt right at home, everything was clean, tidy and with all the amenities you can have on vacation. Without a doubt, if we return to the island we already know where to stay again, since being in the middle, everything is close to you. There was always a place to park. The pool is clean and pleasant. Giorgio and Patrizia are always helpful and super easy to communicate with them. A great plus to also have a fire stick in the living room. The apartment is truly breathtaking! My favourite part of the experience was waking up to the view & having breakfast on the terrace as well having evening drinks/ supper watching the sun set. I’m quite fussy with quality of kitchen/beds/bathrooms but this lived up to my standards. Dina & Borg were warm hosts, happy to support & advise as needed. I’d love to go there again & will be recommending the apartment to family & friends.

The place is wonderful for vacation! We enjoyed the time we laid on the beach bench under sunshine! Easy parking, no parking fee, random parking. Walk 5 mins to the beach.
