Apartment holiday rentals in Playa de la Arena

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour chez Nuria et Roberto. Tout était parfait, de la communication avant notre arrivée, au logement parfaitement propre et très bien équipé. Il est très bien pensé et bien décoré. Il y avait jusqu'à une douchette pour rincer le sable en rentrant de la plage avant de rentrer dans le logement. Nous avons aimé le pack de bienvenue et les petites attentions de Nuria et Roberto. c'est toujours très appréciable d'avoir tout ce qu'il faut pour fonctionner dès son arrivée : de quoi petit déjeuner, de la lessive, des pastilles de lave vaisselle, tout ! Le logement offre un lever de soleil sur le volcan et un coucher de soleil sur la Gomera ! La piscine est belle et propre, un peu fraîche en mars mais appréciable. Les petits plus : - il est facile de se garer dans la rue, - accès à une promenade le long de la mer jusqu'aux piscinas naturales Alcala playa jaquita - 15 min à pied de la playa de la arena - nombreux restaurants et petit supermarché à proximité

We had a great stay. The apartment is well furnished and more like a home than a holiday let and is spacious with very comfy beds. It is in a quiet location but only a short walk into the village of Los Gigantes. The view from the front terrace is spectacular and we also used the larger rear terrace which was a bonus to have. Els was a great host and with her husband Thijs gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. They were always available if we had any questions. We would love to stay here again. Gracias/ Bedankt Els

Puerto de Santiago, prima volta e non sarà l'ultima. Bello il luogo carico di colori e suggestioni che offre la sera con un panorama mozzafiato che abbiamo scoperto passeggiando lungomare per la viuzza che si inerpica sopra le scogliere a picco sul mare la sera al tramonto e che scopre la bellezza e maestosità della vista sul Los Gigantes, meraviglioso. Per non parlare della bellissima spiaggia nera (MERAVIGLIOSA) de las Arena. A rendere ancora più piacevole la vacanza, ci ha pensato Juan, che ci ha affittato il suo bell'alloggio marino. Juan è davvero simpatico e si vede che ci tiene per mettere a proprio agio i suoi ospiti. oltre alla pulizia eccellente dell'alloggio, in esso non manca proprio nulla. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato l'accoglienza e ciò che ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo. Ci ha anche fornito suggerimenti su cosa visitare e dove mangiare ottimo pesce locale. Che dire? Tutto TOP Grazie Juan per aver contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza indimenticabile.

This is a lovely apartment right in the centre of Los Gigantes. It is very spacious, bright, clean and modern. We felt very at home here and especially liked the big comfy sofa and bed. Lovely balcony and roof terrace with loungers. Fantastic restaurants in Los Gigantes and we found it a very friendly town. Claire is also very friendly, kind and helpful.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einer tollen Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Bucht von El Médano! Wir kommen gern wieder!!

Хорошее местоположение, легко добраться до ресторанов и магазинов. Отличный вид, мы большую часть времени проводили на балконе. Мешали машины, которые забирали мусор в 23 вечера и рано утром, так как у нас маленький ребенок, то он вечно просыпался. Но уезжать с квартиры не хотелось.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement. Es überzeugt vor allem durch den traumhaften Ausblick und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge. Jesus ist ein toller Gastgeber und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und schnell zu erreichen. Danke nochmal an Jesus für den tollen Restaurant Tipp. Auch zu erwähnen ist, dass die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt, da es relativ ruhig gelegen und man trotzdem in unter 10min im Ortskern ist. Ein super Pluspunkt ist auch der Pool der in einem sehr gutem Zustand ist und vom Appartement nur ein paar Treppen entfernt ist. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und jederzeit wieder kommen! :-)

Lejlighed, der levede fuldt op til vores forventninger. Ligger perfekt i forhold i byen, skøn udsigt over havet og Los Gigantes klipperne, og en masse skønne solnedgange. Lejligheden havde alt vi skulle bruge, hvis vi selv lavede mad. Skøn poolområde med masser af solsenge og plads. Området er meget stille, trods der ligger en restaurant lige nedfor lejligheden. Parkering lige ved lejligheden kunne ind i mellem være udfordrende, dog ikke værre end vi kunne finde en parkeringsplads inden for 5-10 minutters gang Kan absolut anbefales, at besøge Natalias lejlighed😊

We loved the apartement and the town. Claudia was very helpful and well-organized before and during our visit. The balcony next to the ocean is lovely and we spent breakfast and evenings there. Very close to restaurants. Good walking paths to St Juan (3Km) and to Los Gigantes (4 km). A very quiet place to stay. We would love to come back.

Het was een fijn verblijf bij Yves. Ook voor ons zoontje van 1,5 was het appartement goed geschikt.Met de auto zat je overal zo en kun je het eiland goed ontdekken. Alle communicatie verliep goed en wij kijken erg positief terug op onze tijd in het appartement.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans leur logement : tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et très bien situé. Beautiful and clean apartment with an outdoor dining table on the balcony. We really loved the large, openable windows. The bedrooms had air conditioning, and there were two separate, clean bathrooms. On the rooftop, there was a shared space with an outdoor kitchen and a chill-out zone. It was also possible to use a washing machine and dryer. We really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Tenerife dans l’appartement de Kotryna, le balcon avec vue sur le coucher de soleil est appréciable. L’appartement est bien équipé. Le quartier est calme, et il est facile de se garer à proximité de l’immeuble. Les échanges étaient faciles avec Kotryna.

We stayed 50 days at Darya's apartment and I must say that i was an amazing experience. Apartment has a wonderful ocean view from a nice and cosy terrace. It was spacious enough to perfectly fit parents with 2 small children. Communication with Darya was smooth and she was always very helpful. We had everything we needed. Location with a close distance to kindergarten, gym and supermarket is a huge plus.

Данное жилье идеально в соотношении цены и качества. Шикарный вид из окна на океан + наличие различных кафе и пляж в паре минут от выхода с дома это прекрасно. В апартаментах было все что нужно для проживания, включая комплимент в виде натурального кофе))

Maria przyjęła nas bardzo ciepło, przygotowała poczęstunek, oprowadziła po budynku i pokazała mieszkanie. Mieszkanie ma przygotowane udogodnienia tak, jak byśmy byli u siebie - deska do prasowania, żelazko, parownica, kawa, najpotrzebniejsze przyprawy, szczoteczki do zębów, szlafroki, kapcie, ręczniki. Przepiękny widok z balkonu, wieczorami korzystaliśmy z hamaka i podziwialiśmy zachody słońca. Obawialiśmy się braku klimatyzacji, ale w tej części wyspy nie była w ogóle potrzebna :)

Beautiful and spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and modern with an amazing sun deck and shared pool area. Beds were very comfortable. We were greeted on arrival but Meg who was very friendly and showed us around the apartment. The area is relatively quiet, which is a nice change from Los Cristianos etc., though still with a good range of bars and restaurants. Would particularly recommend the Brittania pub (very welcoming staff and nice vibe) and Roca Negra, a popular beach club for watching the sunset. Overall would highly recommend!

Nous sommes restés une semaine à Pâques dans l’appartement de Luis , en famille avec 2 ados. L’appartement est très bien décoré , fonctionnel, avec machine à laver , sèche linge , lave vaisselle et 2 machines à cafés , même un frigo dans la chambre double . La vue est magnifique sur l’océan. Deux télés , un abonnement Netflix à disposition , et beaucoup de rangements . Nous avons passés de beaux moments reposants et proche des bars, supermarchés . Rien à redire ! Merci Luis aussi pour les attentions , eau et vin pour nous accueillir , ainsi que des instructions claires et précises .

WOW WOW WOW Pascale and Koen’s Airbnb is an ABSOLUTE GEM! The apartment is beautiful, peaceful, and just a short drive to the coast with shops and attractions nearby. You’ll probably want a car, but Pascale is happy to help with taxis — she’s a truly wonderful host! Not sure what a past guest was complaining about — checkout is clearly listed as 9am to allow for cleaning before the next guests. That said, Pascale is incredibly kind and flexible when she can be (which she was with us). We didn’t hear a thing from the upstairs house — total tranquillity. If there was ever a party, I’m sure we’d have been invited! Pascale and Koen even invited us for a drink — they’re the loveliest, most genuine people. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, fully equipped, and has its own private pool — perfect for summer! Cooler than the coast, which is ideal in peak heat. This is a quiet, hidden treasure in Arona. We absolutely LOVED our stay — book it now! JUST BRILLIANT!
