House holiday rentals in Playa de la Arena

Me and my family loved our stay at the villa! Both Markus and Petra were so lovely, welcomed us well and were so helpful with everything during our stay! The house and garden was so clean, everything we needed was available and even more. We were travelling with a one year old and they had a bed, high chair and everything the little boy needed ☺️ The neighbourhood is quiet, few minutes walk from the Golf course in Adeje and many good restaurants near by in La Caleta. We will for sure be back 🙏🏼

Totally amazing apartment ...and very private and peaceful

It's a real gem! Javier's house is a dream – with fantastic, unobstructed views of the sea and the majestic Teide. It is precisely this view, especially at sunset, that has inspired us every day. Although there are good restaurants nearby, we almost only ate on the terrace - the view was just too beautiful. The house is very clean and well maintained, inside and out. The pool is small but in excellent condition - as are the bathrooms, bedrooms and the well-equipped outdoor kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, in the second bedroom it is okay. Towels and blankets were plentiful and new. Communication with Javier was great – super friendly, quick and helpful. You can tell how much he cares about the well-being of his guests. For us, one of the most beautiful accommodations ever – we immediately felt comfortable and are guaranteed to come back! 100% recommendation – thank you, dear Javier!

We were absolutely happy with our stay at the villa! Our host Daniel did everything he could to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The view was stunning, and the walk down to the beach was a little adventure in itself. We were a group of 7 adults and one baby, and the house was perfectly suited for us. A baby crib was provided, and Daniel even brought us a baby bathtub, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the cinema room downstairs, but it looked amazing and very impressive. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this place. We really enjoyed our stay here! Xavier was super helpful and always responsive. It’s very peaceful and quiet and you can hear the sound of the waves from the pool area - very relaxing ☺️

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location was peaceful and scenic, making it the perfect getaway spot. The host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit—always available if we needed anything but respectful of our privacy. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for lounging during the day and dining in the evening. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting.

We have just got back from an amazing stay at this lovely house. Elia is great host, so friendly, helpful and responsive. We had a few questions and Elia always made herself available to help us. The house was beautifully designed, super clean and well stocked, with high quality appliances. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with cookware, more than what we needed, which was helpful as we cooked a lot there. The garden space was beautiful and the pool was clean and just the right size for us. Amazing location for northern Tenerife and easy walking distance to the beautiful, historic town of St Cristobel La Laguna. Would highly recommend this venue!

Absolutely perfect . Great location , Andrii always helpful and an issue with air con rectified immediately ( thank you Jean). Will definitely revisit . Restaurants were good with El Delfin great and Romantica very good paella . The Italian La Parma good as well .

A simply exceptional stay! Bella's accommodation is of remarkable quality: clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. You can feel at home from the first few minutes. The location is ideal, quiet and close to everything you need. But what makes the experience truly unforgettable are the hosts. Bella and her family are of rare kindness. Welcoming, available and caring, they did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. They even took the time to recommend places to visit and make us feel like special guests. Thank you again for these magical memories, it was a real favorite. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a lovely time at Buddha House near Alcala, we flew to the south airport and hired a small car Fernando met us at the petrol station in the nearby town to show us the way up the hill to Buddha house. the plane was delayed but Fernando was not fussed he is very Calm and laid back. the location is fabulous there are great views from the house across the banana plantations to the sea and to the west there are the spectacular cliffs and mountains of los gigantes . the beaches and natural pools at Alcala are among some of the best we had seen on the island and not at all crowded like the resorts near to the airport. your well placed to drive up over the mountains to the north side of the island if you want to go exploring and to visit the volcano, or go for a hike in the eastern hills around Masca. the house is excellent its so peaceful and quiet and we had the pool all to ourselves . air con/ wifi /hot water /washing machine etc , would give 10 stars if it was possible.!!

The photos match reality, though in some places they might appear slightly stretched, probably due to the camera lens :) Overall, everything is great—clean apartments with all the necessary kitchenware and appliances, from a toaster to a juicer. I highly recommend it!

A lovely stay with a lovely terrace!

What a great time we had in this open house over the sea in a mass tourism preserved village! Maria Antonia and her husband are exceptional hosts - we were welcomed with a bottle of local wine, fruits and what is needed for breakfast the next day. The house is ideal (especially the terrace !) to disconnect from the whole and is well located to go to discover La Laguna, the mountains of Anaga, Santa Cruz and all the villages of the northwest coast and the Teide (you can contemplate it from the house). The day we didn't feel like moving we could bathe in the natural pool in the lower part of the village and savor fried octopus with wrinkled potatoes at the fishermen's brotherhood bar. We have had a unique experience. Thank you Maria Antonia !

We had a very nice time in the apartment, it has a very large terrace from which you have a fantastic view of the cliffs of Los Gigantes and the sunset. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for and everything was very clean and stylishly furnished, we immediately felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.

We had a great short stay in Taganana. Everything we needed was there, and we felt very comfortable. After the steep hike up los vueltas to the casa forestal and back, we were able to relax wonderfully in the pool.

Amazing location, beautiful view from the terrace, great hosts. It was an awesome experience to stay there and hope to return there one day. Everything was perfect. Strongly recommend!

A beautiful house with excellent conditions, very close to the ocean, stunning views, a good restaurant nearby, the host is responsive and easy to communicate with — we are very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

Josh and José are super nice hosts, always responsive and helpful to answer any questions. The house is just as nice and clean as it is in the pictures, can’t love it more. The spot is convenient for going anywhere with a car. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to visit Tenerife!

We were greeted with wine, croissants and candy. It's nice. Thank you. This large apartment has two separate rooms and also the hall, kitchen and terrace with ocean view. It's a nice neighborhood, everything is nearby: cafe, beach, supermarket. There is a private parking immediately in the basement of the house under the apartment. We had a great stay, thank you.

Dear seekers and explorers, If you are looking for a remote accommodation, far from mass tourism, where the locals speak little or no English and both the sea and nature are right on the doorstep, you are in the right place. There is a small, casual grocery store in the village. 15 minutes' walk away, if you're on foot. You have to go down the mountain into the bay and climb the other mountain on the other side of the bay. There's a small chapel that's open. In the small shop, you can get a lot of what you need for your daily food consumption. The people are pleasant, but learn a little Spanish, they will be happy about it. Simple words like good day and thank you. Respect for people and the environment are very popular. By the way, the accommodation. Yes, there are cats and lizards everywhere. We have lived it. The house is super quiet, and you have to carry your suitcases up there. There is no navigable road there. The lines
