On the same side of the central bus station and within walking distance of SIAM PARK and MAGMA convention center. Restaurants shopping malls on the premises. Studio with ocean views, very comfortable sofa bed and extra bed (eventual child) Bathroom shower tray, American kitchen with all the utensils to cook ceramic glass 2 fires microwave fridge. Flat-screen TV, national and international channels, DVD ,Air Conditioner. Terrace with table and chairs and clothesline. I am a tour guide in the Canary Islands so I can inform you of all the places of interest on the island(s) . As well as booking rental cars for rent and /or excursions. My wife Toom from Thailand is a therapist and can upon request in a place near the heated pool to give you oriental massages at prices much more affordable than in the massage and wellness centers of the hotels. And because not for a special evening a typical catering dinnerTailandes!!!! The south of Tenerife has the eternal spring you can stay all year round with very pleasant temperatures. Community pool,parking and garden area.

Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the house open, dive in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk on the beach, cook without hurry... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that fully opens to the terrace facing the sea, towards sunset, in a very quiet setting.

We booked this place for our holiday, but unfortunately we had a family problem exactly the day we had to arrive in Costa Adeje and couldn’t come anymore. Borja and the team understood the situation and they refund us the full amount we paid for the booking, even though it was too late to cancel it. I have no words to thank them for their kind understanding of the situation. We really hope to come to this beautiful place soon ❤️🙏🏼

I’ve been coming to Adeje (Tenerife) for over 20 years and this is easily the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in. The place is modern, clean and spacious. The views from BOTH balconies are gorgeous and the host is really friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Worth every penny. One of, if not the best view I’ve ever had on the island and I’m a regular visitor. The apartment had it all, clean and modern, and it’s away from the hustle and bustle. Had a little accident with a fridge drawer and Inga was ok with that. Couldn’t ask for a better host and already passed on recommendations. Thanks for a great week!
