Estudio situado en el centro de Playa De Las Américas a 150 metros de la playa vista al mar y isla de La Gomera.(sexto piso). Al mismo lado de la estación central de autobuses y a distancia de vista del SIAM PARK y MAGMA centro de convenciones. Restaurantes centros comerciales en las inmediaciones. Estudio con vista al mar, sofá cama muy cómodo y cama supletoria (eventual niño). Cuarto de baño plato ducha ,cocina Americana con todos los utensilios para para poder cocinar vitro cerámica de 2 fuegos nevera micro ondas . Televisión pantalla plana canales nacionales y internacionales, DVD ,aire acondicionado. Terraza con mesa y sillas y tendedero. Yo soy guía de turismo de Canarias así le puedo informar de todo lugar de interés en la isla(s) . Así como reservarles coche de alquiler y /o excursiones. Mi esposa Toom ,de Tailandia es terapeuta y puede bajo petición en un local cerca de la piscina acondicionado al efecto darle unos masajes orientales a precios mucho mas abordables que en los centros de masajes y bienestar de los hoteles. Y porque no para una noche especial un catering cena tipicoTailandes!!!! El sur de Tenerife cuenta con la eterna primavera se puede estar todo el año con unas temperaturas muy agradables . Piscina comunitaria ,aparcamiento y zona ajardinada.

Diferentes zonas de descanso, toma del sol, desayunos, cenas en espacios únicos pensados al detalle. Jardín tropical con pérgola que da sombra todo el día y agrade con su frescura y colorido. Piscina infinity que une sus aguas con el horizonte de océano. Las puestas del sol es un espectáculo de colores, imagen que cambia cada día, pero nunca deja indiferente. Amplio salón unido con cocina americana con vistas al mar. Todos dormitorios tienen su salida independiente al jardín mejorando la privacidad de cada uno. Cada rincón de la Villa despierta los mejores sensaciones y acoge para que disfrute al máximo de sus vacaciones.

Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

La buena vida

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

Merci à David pour ce super appartement. Très bien accueilli avec un panier surprise ! Super terrasse avec une incroyable vue ! Appartement très propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables vacances (parasol, serviettes de plage et de bain, lessive, gel douche …). La résidence est très bien placée, proche de la plage et des restaurants. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Прекрасная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Объяснила как приехать и где искать такси , когда уезжали заказала нам сама машину. В квартире было кристально чисто , но размер слегка меньше чем мы думали я локация тоже очень хорошая , но переодически слышно как идет ремонт. 9/10

appartamento fantastico con tutto il necessario (e anche molto di più) in zona centrale ma tranquilla (no rumorosa, si dormiva bene ed era molto sicura). si poteva raggiungere tutto a piedi in max 20 Min, ma ci sono molti autobus molto vicini da prendere se non si vuole camminare o se dovesse fare molto caldo. mi sono spostata agevolmente da lì per tutta costa Adeje. un grazie particolare alla Host sempre molto disponibile, gentile e reattiva. lo consiglio! spero di tornarci in futuro :)
