The place is ideal as it is located in front of the sea and close to many food places, the facilities all as shown in the photo, it is also a very safe sector and with very little traffic. We were very comfortable inside the apartment since it had everything we needed for our stay 👏✨ 11/10

We were very satisfied with the apartment during our 4 weeks stay. The apartment included welcome gift, is in a safe area, very nice, clean and very good equipped, including a kitchen. The large balcony has a nice view of the beautiful Chipipe beach, the building has two nice swimming pools, jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna and exercise room. All is clean and well mainlined by dedicated building staff.

Excellent place, well located for taking pictures, going out and enjoying a great variety of places and restaurants. The service was super good and immediate from Don Ricardo and the other receptionists. I would definitely like to go back there for a next vacation, either with friends or family.

The apartment was very impeccable, everything was in order and everything was close to everything, the host was super attentive first and foremost.

We enjoyed our stay! No more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the area. It is a quiet and safe community. We were able to take nightly walks after grilling with no issues. The home is very cozy and could use some updates but that would not prevent us from returning. Everything that is posted is at the home and ready to use.
