House holiday rentals in Playa de Chipipe

We enjoyed our stay! No more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the area. It is a quiet and safe community. We were able to take nightly walks after grilling with no issues. The home is very cozy and could use some updates but that would not prevent us from returning. Everything that is posted is at the home and ready to use. Thank you for everything Janina and hope to see you again!

Gabriel was very friendly. Always responded to my inquiries on time. The house guard Jonny was very helpful and his wife Zuley helped us with cooking. They both were amazing. The house is big and had everything as described. Me and my family had a great time in the pool especially.

We had a nice time with my family. We'll think about this place the next time we go to Punta Carnero.

My stay was really very cozy and pleasant. The house is certainly complete, it has its spaces impecc, it is impeccably clean, very organized and complete, it is a very beautiful and excellent house to rest. The pool is great. My family rested a lot and we felt comfortable in every space and it was as described by Genesis, who was a very attentive and excellent host. The apartment is beautiful and very modern. It is closed to la Milina beach which is a peaceful paradise. Jennifer was very kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we have the best experience. Auntie Jackie was also very helpful.

I went with my family to spend the holiday. In general it was very good, also the pool, the best part of the place, it is comfortable and cozy, quite practical for a family that wants to take their children or for a small group of friends.

In general, everything is very good, clean, tidy and close to the beach, about 10 min walking, with everything you need for a comfortable, quiet and safe stay. Everything is fine.

The exceptional house is like being in your own home, very comfortable, the air conditioning works very well, it is very close to the esplanade and my commissariat, very safe, Fabrisio the person in charge 10/10 I recommend it, we will be back soon!!

The very friendly and attentive doorman liked us very well. We liked the ambiance and the area, we had an amazing time.

We loved the place very private,quiet and safe, if we talk about the big patio house everything works 10/10 . A/C works on the 100 you see that they are new. The host was always very attentive to everything even helped us with the check-in time a few hours earlier , I would return to this place without hesitation. And by the way it is a few blocks from the beach. 🏖️ 🏝️
