Carlos' instructions were clear and he was attentive at all times if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos' fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked very hastily and it just happened to coincide with the cleaning. Other than that, I'd go back to the apartment, great for couples🥰.

The view from the terrace of the apartment exceeds all the expectations shown in the photos. The place is quiet, far from the "mundane noise", although I was in March, I don't know what it will be like in the middle of summer. The apartment is comfortable and very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything. The beds are comfortable and the windows allow you to see the sea always, in addition to receiving the sun in season. He has a canopy if anyone wants to escape the sun. It is absolutely recommended. Bruno was very welcoming, willing to solve any inconvenience and Carolina on another level, kind and kind. I would definitely return

Excellent experience. Enrique and his mother, who welcomed us, were super friendly. Enrique was always attentive to respond. The view is spectacular, unbeatable. The apartment is super comfortable (especially the mattresses and pillows!) with all the necessary amenities, and impeccably decorated. It is a 15/20 minute walk from Reñaca beach, although the way back is steep, as that is the geography. There are some places to buy the essentials, on foot; and a supermarket 10 minutes by car. There were small details to improve (towels, for example) and Enrique was very responsive, so surely the next traveler will receive everything, 10 points.

The apartment is spotless, very comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. It has an unbeatable ocean view and a large balcony with comfortable armchairs. Self check-in. There is a large outdoor pool available (the water is very cold) and also a heated pool, gym, buffet of ready-to-eat food and drinks. Highly recommended, I would go back to the place!

Very nice apartment, very nice view and everything was excellent tidy, the only bad thing is that since there is no parking they took a part of us for leaving the car outside the building on the street!

Pablo's apartment is simply wonderful, even more beautiful than the pictures of the ad. The space is very well divided, decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing and cozy stay. The balcony with glass curtain and sea view is special and completes the ambience. Several utensils are provided and Pablo gives very clear instructions on access and everything else. Besides, it is located in a beautiful building with various amenities. Finally, the communication with Pablo was incredible, always attentive and willing to make the stay even better. I strongly recommend and if I return to Viña Del Mar, I will certainly stay there again.

The location and the apartment are excellent, the furnishings too. The photos don't do it justice, it's better. They just need to supervise the cleaning staff more.
