My whole family group spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotas to be remembered during a good time. As a point of improvement. Accommodation that is foolproof, the place is comfortable, cozy, has all the necessary amenities, heating, very well-equipped kitchen, perfect terrace with barbecue, the area is very quiet and private, and Raúl is a 7, always attentive and very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

Susana was always attentive to everything. We need another heater at night and I don't hesitate to bring it in at night. In addition, I want to emphasize the cleanliness, of the entire apartment, and above all that I always check are the pillow covers, sheets and bathroom. Excellent experience. Enrique and his mother, who welcomed us, were super friendly. Enrique was always attentive to respond. The view is spectacular, unbeatable. The apartment is super comfortable (especially the mattresses and pillows!) with all the necessary amenities, and impeccably decorated. It is a 15/20 minute walk from Reñaca beach, although the way back is steep, as that is the geography. There are some places to buy the essentials, on foot; and a supermarket 10 minutes by car. There were small details to improve (towels, for example) and Enrique was very responsive, so surely the next traveler will receive everything, 10 points.

The whole stay was very pleasant, Gerardo is always in contact with you to make sure everything is going well. The apartment is very comfortable (ideal for going with small children, with a chair, play mat and crib if needed) and is very well located (the beach is literally across the street). This is probably one of the best apartments we've rented by Airbnb. Communication with Andrés was always excellent. He was always proactive and providing solutions to the minimal things. Something that I must highlight is the cleanliness of the place. On occasion we have rented places that have been really dirty. This is not the case, the apartment was spotless, something we always valued for getting tired of traveling, and the last thing you want is to clean up. Honestly, the photos don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is, let alone in sight that it is simply spectacular. Modern building, spacious bathroom, bed is perfect, super functional kitchen with breakfast and an impeccable new refrigerator. Another detail, the staff working in the building is very kind, I know this does not depend on who rents but is another point in favor. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can. Ten points for this apartment!
