Really nice, modern, clean and spacious house with a lot of amenities. Daisy was a good host, gave us clear directions for the check in and check out and gave us a tour of the villa upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for our stay. Location was great. Right off the main strip, close to beach entrance, restaurants and supermarket. Once we arrived, the host was at the gate waiting to welcome us in. Showed our party around the property and gave us keys. I’m not sure if I read the description wrong or just didn’t fully understand it. The property is set up as six individual rooms; hotel style. Each room was spacious with fully cleaned stocked bathrooms. There was an on property house woman everyday (who was amazing). While we were gone, each room was cleaned (spotless). She even washed our clothes, everyday. The chef was an extra positive. He was well rounded and could make anything. Each day he asked what we wanted for the menu, what time the meal should be served and how many people was expected. Never disappoint. Every meal was perfect with enough to go around. He would provide everything and we would pay after the meal was done. This is now my 1st option anytime I visit.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and had everything you needed to feel at home, including the basics for cooking in the kitchen until you figured out what else you might need. I loved that they provided pool towels—that’s a plus! The property is in a gated community, which felt safe and secure. There was also security on the main roads, which added to the overall sense of safety. The community the home is in has restaurants and beach access, which made it the perfect location to watch the sunset (though I wouldn’t recommend going in the water with children—it was a bit rough). I also have to add that the hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had—I really appreciated that! Overall, it was a great stay. (:

Great place for lovers and friend groups. I took amazing pictures. the only issue I had was the tide. the beach was too strong and there was no way for us to get in the beach. But, that's out of the host's control. I would stay again, regardless of the tide. The cleaning fee is exorbitant and way too much. but, besides that. Great place. loved my stay, my friends and girlfriend as well. I would 100% come back.

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

The apartment has plenty of space and is very secure. Also, the apartment is within walking distance to a very nice Sirena supermarket. I would not consider the apartment to be in downtown Sosua, you will not hear a lot of noise and it will take 2 or 3 more streets of walking/quick driving to get to downtown Sosua.

This is the only place that I will stay when visiting the area. Jason was awesome and responsive at all times. He was proactive with all the instructions and what to expect. The place was very clean with white linens. WiFi was awesome, A/C in all bedrooms and main area. Very secure community and home. The pool was really clean and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need, washer/dryer, filtered water available, etc. He also offers cleaning services and other conveniences. They also have a nice bbq area by the pool equipped with gas grill if you want to bbq. Very close the bustling downtown area while also quiet and nice private. Check in and check out was awesome and Jason was flexible for us as we had an early flight arriving and late flight departing. If you’re visiting the area, look no further!

This apartment was very refreshing and within a nice neighborhood. The balcony view of the ocean was extremely peaceful and had great sunrise views each morning. Stefan was extremely helpful, even in late hours of the night, and ensured that everything was perfect for my stay. I highly recommend!

This is my new favorite place to stay! Pablo is incredibly friendly, and does everything he can to make clients happy. He’s a wonderful apartment manager. Ivan is friendly. I greeted him almost every day. The air con works great, too!

Hands down the best airbnb i stayed at! Everything was super nice and clean exactly like the pictures, will definitely book again! Its well located, close to the city and the beach and a lot of things to do nearby! The host was really easy to reach too and super helpful!

This is the second time that we have visited Ana's apt in Fortunity. An excellent place for a few days in Familia. I'm sure we'll be back

We were a group of seven staying from April 14 to April 17 and we had an amazing stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We were able to enjoy a few days of sunny weather (beach/tour) and we were actually glad it rained one day because it allowed us more time in the house. We cooked, watched movies on their big screen tv and outdoor projector and enjoyed the pool. Everything was as described and the layout of the rooms worked well for our group of seven. Since the property is within the resort, it was an easy walk to the beach area. Mario was very attentive, especially when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the grill. We would definitely rent this house again.

A really nice stay in sosua. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so you don’t hear motos zooming around. A quick walk to supermercado de la Cruz and an atm and liquor store. A nice place, out of the way for a quiet and relaxing stay. The hot water works great, everything is new and the clean.
