Katrin is a wonderful and warm host and was always available. The check-in was straightforward and our arrival went smoothly. The apartment is wonderfully quietly located in the beautiful Charlottental. Here you can find peace. As a family, we enjoyed the spacious garden with playground and you had plenty of privacy. The apartment itself is really equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. We didn't miss anything. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms cozy. The children were thought of with play facilities and we did not get bored even on rainy days. As a family, we appreciated the washing machine and drying facilities. The cleanliness of the apartment has been spotless. We felt very comfortable all around. The location is great with the many excursion destinations and shopping. It was a wonderful holiday and we would be happy to come back!

Very relaxing and slowing stay. Everything you needed was there and lovingly prepared. There was even a basket of apples. Like an annodazumal with a wood-burning stove, it heats up beautifully. It has its charm and it was clean and everything was great including free-roaming peacock in front of the window in the morning.

There were five of us (two adults, three children) staying in the beautiful house for a week and we felt very comfortable there at all times. The house has charm, soul and plenty of space. We were also happy to explore the garden and the nearby horse paddock. It is nice and quiet and secluded and you can still get to the beach in Kühlungsborn or Bad Doberan in 15 minutes by car. Perfect! Otherwise, I can only say that I can't understand some reviews here at all. If you choose a country house as a destination, you should know that a country house is waiting for it. And there are insects and therefore spiders in the countryside. So if you can't cope with something like that at all, maybe you should choose a soulless package vacation in the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to enter the guest book anymore, but we'd love to come back and pick it up 😊

I highly recommend Doris’s place. It is close to the city market and walkable. The space was plenty large enough for the three of us and very clean. Doris was friendly and very responsive. I will definitly stay here again.

The best place to stay in Bad Doberan! I'm coming back whenever I can.

We had a wonderful vacation, we actually lacked nothing. Everything you need was available and in good condition. The description and pictures were as on the Airbnb page. Communication with Christian was always friendly, fast and accommodating. We borrowed a boat from the neighbor, who was also very nice and helpful. He helped us with any questions or problems. The accommodation is highly recommended and we would like to thank Christian again for having a nice time there.

We had a very nice time at the lake. From the swimming spot you will only be separated by a way of playing. During the day, the area is already well visited in good weather, but in the evening it was always quiet. The house is almost new, super clean and nicely decorated, large cozy sofa and a fully equipped kitchen that we liked to use. The contact with Birgit worked great, fast, friendly and accommodating.

Our stay at this charming place was really enjoyable. The location couldn't be better, and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our visit extra enjoyable. The apartment has its very own, cozy atmosphere, which we liked very much. There are some characterful details that show that the space could tell a lot of stories. These small quirks actually add to the special flair of the place and make it special. You can tell that the apartment is a lovely retreat where many guests have spent wonderful times. Some small things might need some attention in the future, but they don't bother the homey feeling that this place exudes. All in all we had a wonderful time and are happy to recommend this special place – especially for those who have a charming and cozy base for their exploration

Check-in was very straightforward. Only the second house number "2" (actually 12) caused initial confusion. We had very relaxing days in the house and the surrounding area. Everything was very clean, only the bed linen and towels of the previous occupancy were still around.

The house is nicely and cozy. Bed linen, towels, dishtowels, bath rugs, utilities and firewood unfortunately cost extra and are not charged too cheaply. We thought this was unnecessary and made it a little more complicated. We were allowed to check in a little early on request, which was great. The house is part of a holiday home complex, away from other infrastructure. A bakery is a little walk away. Since the house is rented through a holiday home company, the contact via Airbnb was not so good. When the landlord was informed, however, we were able to quickly clarify everything with him.

On site, we were welcomed directly by the hostess. An amazing house, which looks very new. We were all very impressed with the great and high quality amenities. Everything absolutely sparkling clean. Everything !!! Yes, the boss is very fussy, that's what you see in the apartment. No damage, no stains, nothing .... From 5 stars I would really give 7 here! Thank you.

The house and location are a dream if you are looking for peace and quiet. Not far from goods... Fish restaurant 50m away. Unfortunately only open until 5pm. 100m away is a very nice restaurant in the Wisentreservat... open until 6pm Goods are not far away... there is everything. But we also grilled and cooked ourselves. For us it was perfect. The lake also only 50 m away...with rowing boat... We enjoyed everything very much, just as we wanted it....

Super house with particularly good kitchen equipment with more than you need! Quiet location and only 3 minutes' walk to the lake. Note: Supermarket not within walking distance :)

Maren responded to any messages or questions quickly. She was also very friendly and helpful. The property was clean, well-equipped and had everything we needed. The island is not very large so it is easy to get around by car. I enjoyed my stay in Maren's apartment and on Insel Poel.

We were two with two dogs there, and felt very comfortable! A big highlight was the garden, where you can hang out wonderfully. It is completely fenced (practical with children or dogs). The apartment is very nicely furnished and generously sized. You are directly outside in the countryside, and can go for a nice walk along Aland and Elbe. We did not meet Peer in person, but communication with him was quick, uncomplicated and friendly.
