It is rented for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year, adding a considerable discount each month). Good Wifi service, it has a dishwasher.

Our very best booking so far! Perfect! Great & easy communication, very clean apartment; the amenities even much better than expected. Ximo thinks along and already ensures a completely stress-free vacation in advance. Whether laundry detergent, beach towels, coffee, iron, fast WiFi whatever it was available. In addition to Ximo's recommendations, there was also an unexpectedly delicious fruit gift. We have been booking via Airbnb for many years - this time it was unmatched! Next time in the region we will definitely book again via Ximo!

The house is fine, very close to the beach and with a shared pool with the neighbors, a little small but for a lazy day it's more than fine. The air conditioning is wonderful because it doesn't hit you in the face, maybe it could be changed, you can tell it's old, but it does its job. The bathroom had a hair dryer and it was great to use it. Would I repeat? Yes, without a doubt! It is for 2 adults as it has a double bed and maybe 2 children or 3 if they are small for the sofa. 😀
