Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Platja de Xeraco

Maison magnifique avec un espace extérieur très confortable, vue à couper le souffle, nous avons beaucoup aimé ce séjour, Raul à toujours été très aimable et nous à donné pleins de recommandations et à su être à l'écoute du moindre besoin, nous recommandons fortement.

Estuvimos un fin de semana en el alojamiento de Pilar. Simplemente espectacular... La casa es una autentica maravilla y te hace sentir como en casa. Está muy bien equipada, aunque si que es cierto que no dispone de lavavajillas. Pero como realmente comiamos y cenabamos fuera de casa, no lo echamos en falta. La casa está decorada con un gusto excelente... Sin ningun tipo de duda, la recomiendo para ir con amigos o en familia. Ademas, un gran detalle dejar jabon de ducha y champú ennlos dos baños. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y de la terraza, con sus grandes vistas al mar. La comunicación con Pilar, excelente y rápida.

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Wurden sofort herzlich empfangen und alles wurde erklärt. Super schöne Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Alles sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Check in und Check out waren problemlos. Wir bekamen sogar Tipps wo wir essen gehen können. Ausstattung war perfekt. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Besitzerin hat uns auch zur Ankunft Snacks und Getränke besorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Prachtig huis waar we hebben genoten van het heerlijke zwembad en de mooie inrichting. We vonden de verschillende terrassen bij het zwembad en bij het huis heel fijn en sfeervol ingericht. We misten een gootsteen stopper en een parasol bij het zwembad. Dit werd meteen geregeld toen we hiernaar vroegen. Heel fijn. Het uitzicht bij het huis net als de omgeving is echt prachtig. Veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen. We komen graag een keer terug.

Wij hebben twee geweldige weken gehad in Cullera en appartement was fantastisch. Super mooi uitzicht, rustig, van alles voorzien en ochtendzon. Je hebt wel absoluut een auto nodig om bij het appartement te komen en kunt daar prima parkeren. Je rijdt de berg af en bent gelijk bij een heel mooi strand en met vijf minuten ben je bij de Consum supermarkt. Het is vijftien minuten naar het station in Cullera, waar er elk half uur een trein naar Valencia gaat. Het openbaar vervoer is zowat gratis, daar kun je niet zelf tegen rijden. Er loopt een hele mooie wandelroute van zo'n 14 km achter langs het appartement over de berg en deze komt ook langs het kasteel in Cullera. Onderaan de berg links en dan 10 minuten lopen zitten de restaurants Benavent en Mare e Monti, in Cullera centrum zit Desi en verder naar zuiden bij de rivier zit Casa Salvador. Vicente en Gonzalo, nogmaals bedankt en misschien tot ziens.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Casa Lola. Cat und Adam haben alles mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sogar die wenigen Hausregeln waren kreativ und liebevoll in selbst gemalten Bildern dargestellt. Es war sehr sauber und die Umgebung war wunderschön. Cat und Adam sind sehr freundlich und wenn unser Englisch etwas besser wäre, hätten wir gerne noch mehr mit ihnen gesprochen. Wir können die Casa Lola zu 100% weiterempfehlen und haben nichts zu bemängeln. Wir hoffen, man sieht sich noch ein zweites Mal.

Een prachtig appartement, heel smaakvol en met goede kwaliteit ingericht, en adembenemend mooi uitzicht op de baai van Xavea. Prive Parkeerplaats en alles op loopafstand. Inge en haar team waren uitstekende hosts, met een uitgebreide welkom (inclusief fles wijn en iets lekkers), en altijd bereikbaar bij vragen.

Las mejores vistas desde la casa, acceso a la playa a unos pocos metros, Javier súper pendiente de que estuviéramos bien, nos ha dado flexibilidad de llegada y salida, nos ha recomendado sitios geniales . Zona tranquila para desconectar. Todo ha estado muy bien . Volveremos cada vez que podamos !

El apartamento es espectacular, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Tiene unas vistas increíbles y no le falta detalle. El trato de Isidro y Ana ha sido de 10. Sin duda repetiremos.

Durante la estancia, tuve contacto con Jorge, siempre estuvo atento a todo y con instrucciones claras sobre el checkin. el apartamento a primera linea de playa, espectacular, limpio, ordenado y con todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea cómoda. Tuvimos detalles de bienvenida. sin duda que si tenemos que volver a la zona, volvería a alquilarla. Tenía hasta sillas para la playa. Han pensado en todo, sin duda lo recomiendo. We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

La casa y las instalaciones están muy bien y la anfitriona muy disponible y amable.

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

La estancia ha sido fantástica, tanto que da pena irse, mi hijo ha pasado unos ratos inolvidables y los adultos también jejeje.

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement, het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Super fijn de stoeltjes en parasol voor het mooie schone strand (recht voor de deur). Leuke uitstapjes genaakt in de omgeving: Gandia en Valencia en veel gewandeld over de boulevard. Het uitzicht op het balkon is prachtig. Conor en Diana reageerden direct als er iets was. Erg vriendelijk! Als we nog een keer naar Cullera gaan, komen we graag terug!
