We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful villa. It has everything you could look for: spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, spotless bathrooms, comfortable terras, large swimming pool, great views, aircon units in every room and lots of children books and toys. The villa is coveniently located near Jávea, Dénia and a few other towns worth visiting. Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful hikes are all a short drive away. Mariela is the perfect host who makes sure everything is taken care of. We would definitely recommend the villa, especially to families, and we will surely come again!

We had a wonderful stay here. We were very impressed with the thoughtful design touches and the interior of the villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Pilar was really helpful and responsive as a host. We would love to return!

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

Emily's villa is absolutely beautiful Very stylish and easily accommodated our family of 9 with everything anybody could possibly want on a villa holiday. The pool area and gardens are well maintained and there were lots of amusements for children, both in and out of the water. Handily, there is a very good supermarket ten minutes walk away which was open every day until 9.00. We didnt hire a car and used taxis where necessary.

Fantastic place, well worth booking especially when you see the sunrise from your private terrace. Arturo was so kind and helpful, easy direct instructions to find the place and suggestions of where to go were brilliant. He was so responsive and welcoming, made the whole thing so easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone, friends or family to stay here it’s absolutely wonderful. We’ll be back!

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and in a perfect position. Paloma was very helpful especially when we locked ourselves out the response was very quick. We would definitely recommend as a ldeal holiday place. We hope to return in the future

We had a fantastic stay in Xàbia! The apartment is in a brilliant location—just across the road from a supermarket and only a few minutes’ walk to the sea, the port, and great restaurants. The apartment was very clean, well-decorated, and perfect for our group. Each room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed using the balcony and rooftop for relaxing and drying clothes. There was some construction noise from a neighboring building during our stay, but that’s outside the host’s control. Overall, this is a great place to stay and we’d absolutely recommend it. We’d love to return in the future—thank you to the hosts for a wonderful visit!

Pleasant stay! Very illuminated apartment with spectacular views, which invited you to rest and relax. Equipped with everything you need to spend a few days with family, friends... The host was quick to respond to any questions, and they were friendly at all times. The fact of being able to do self check-in, it helped us since we arrived at the apartment at night. The apartment was great. Perfect for six people, although there were four of us. The terrace is spectacular and since it overlooks the pool, there is no noise from cars or anything. The kitchen is also very large and great that it has two bathrooms. Everything is perfect

Beautiful accommodation to relax and yet close to all kinds of beautiful locations (sandy beach in Calpe, the authentic city of Althea, close to the bustling Benidorm). Jorge always responded within the hour and immediately thought along with us if we encountered a problem somewhere. It is interesting to note that silence was requested at the swimming pool between 2 pm and 5 pm in the afternoon. We solved this by going to the pebble beach at the hotel, or to the beach in Calpe just 10 minutes away. Had a great holiday with our two kids!

Fully equipped apartment, very close to the boulevard. Good kitchen with enough plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Mischa responded within minutes when we had trouble getting in through the key box. A small downside I found was that the living room has no air conditioning, only a fan. With 28 degrees it is still doable, but I can imagine that it is less pleasant in the height of summer. The apartment is recommended

We stayed one month during wintertime but it felt like springtime. We will return next winter. The location is perfect, the house is cozy and warm, Jávea is our preferred city in the costa blanca. In Spanish there is one word for it all: estupendo. It was. Thank you Ramona and Ivo. Marc & Lut

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.
