This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Gonzalo nous attendait pour nous montrer le fonctionnement du parking et de la maison. Cela est appréciable. L’appartement était très propre et sentait bon. Tout est absolument conforme aux photos. Les literies sont parfaites. La vue est réellement superbe. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, rien ne manquait. Et Gonzalo, aussi bien que Vicente, nous ont dit de ne pas hésiter à les contacter si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Les chiens ont apprécié de pouvoir jouer à la balle depuis la terrasse jusqu’au portillon donnant accès à la rue. Il y a comme un petit parc herbu devant l’appartement, les voitures sont donc éloignées, pas de bruit. L’appartement est remarquablement placé, proche de la mer et des promenades, commerces, bars et restaurants, du port. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le parking souterrain, car garer sa voiture dans la zone peut être difficile à certains moments. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement. Wij zijn heel tevreden met ons verblijf in het mooie appartement van Paloma en haar man.ook alle adviezen, die we van hen kregen , over de regio en restaurants waren heel goed en fijn om zo ons verblijf in Javea nog leuker te maken dan we hadden verwacht. ook de zeer persoonlijke benadering van Paloma en haar man, vonden we ook heel fijn. het park, waar hun appartement zich bevindt, is mooi aangelegd en ligt ook in rustige omgeving. al met al een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan voor een heerlijke vakantie!!

We had a fantastic stay in Xàbia! The apartment is in a brilliant location—just across the road from a supermarket and only a few minutes’ walk to the sea, the port, and great restaurants. The apartment was very clean, well-decorated, and perfect for our group. Each room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed using the balcony and rooftop for relaxing and drying clothes. There was some construction noise from a neighboring building during our stay, but that’s outside the host’s control. Overall, this is a great place to stay and we’d absolutely recommend it. We’d love to return in the future—thank you to the hosts for a wonderful visit!

Het is een heel fijn verblijf! Maximo was snel met reageren en goed ontvangen! Het appartement was erg schoon en van alles voorzien. Het zwembad was heel erg fijn en de auto konden we privé parkeren op t terrein van het appartementencomplex. Het strand en de boulevard is op loopafstand! Javea is heel mooi! Hopelijk komen we nog s terug! Gezin met 2 kinderen 6 en 9 jaar

Alojamiento muy cómodo a 3 minutos del paseo del Arenal. Muy fiel a las fotos y muy cómoda la piscina de la urbanización. Muy recomendable.

Great location for beach. Harbour was within walking distance (15 mins) as too was the beautiful Old Town if you like walking (40 minutes). We love cycling and walking which is in abundance in the area due to the nature reserves. The actual apartment was ideal for what we needed, the pool area is a great size and there is also a tennis and padel ball court available. Great communication from Boris. Would recommend, absolutely ideal location. Would book again.

A great place to stay for a weekend getaway in Jávea. Clara was great, responsive and attentive. She gave us a list of restaurant recommendations, which I found very helpful. The apartment was very clean, nice and cozy. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is perfect, at the heart of Javea. Less than a 5 min walk to the L’Arenal promenade, which I’d say is the main area in Jávea.

todo perfecto como en las indicaciones, primera linea y piscina. no le falta de nada ,muchos detalles de toallas de playa,mantitas para la terraza y cocina con cápsulas de café , azúcar para los primeros días viene estupendo . incluso también así favor unas sombrillas y sillas ya que nos vinieron genial. tema habitación:ropa de cama parecía como que no había sábanas pero utilizan colcha fina más nórdico,las camas muy cómodas y cabeceras para poder elegir!!! todo perfecto 💯 recomendable!!!

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment, light and airy, modern and stylish. The location is unrivalled, with the beach just across the road and lovely walks beside the sea to the left and right. Lots of good restaurants nearby (the Fontana is particularly good) and a small supermarket next door. The lounge and two of the three bedrooms have beautiful sea views. We appreciated having a shower room for each bedroom. The apartment is fully equipped and has plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space (and lots of hangers). The WiFi is good for work and for streaming video on the large TV. Ruxendra is an attentive host, very kind and welcoming, and a good communicator. Highly recommended.

Buen apartamento a pocos pasos de la playa. Daniela nos recibió muy bien y nos aconsejó sitios para visitar. La limpieza y tranquilidad de la zona es un punto a destacar. Recomendable para pasar unos días en la playa. La cocina y el aseo es bastante pequeño, pero para unos días te puedes apañar.

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described with Kelli being so helpful and welcoming in her messages ahead of our stay. Beautiful accommodation ever so tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants walking distance locally with a pebble beach on your doorstep and two beach bars. Pool area spotless and sunbeds readily available. If you want to explore lots of places easily accessible. All in all fantastic.

Correu tudo bem, a Lesya foi sempre bastante amigável e disponível e só por isso já vale o preço. Para os mais distraídos como nós, a piscina é partilhada. De resto tudo ótimo.

Fantastic modern apartment. Spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved the terrace, view and pool. There is some construction in the area but it wasn't intrusive whilst we were there. I would recommend a car to get around. We had a problem with the air con but the company were very responsive and helpful, sending someone round straight away to sort it out.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vorallem die schöne Sicht auf das Meer. Das Gebäude, wo sich das Apartment befindet ist auch sehr sauber. Die Menschen vor Ort sehr freundlich und der Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Es hat uns gefallen, dass es nicht direkt in der Partygegend war und man so seine Ruhe hatte. Das Apartment ist großartig ausgestattet - wir kommen gerne wieder!!
