Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Plaka, Athens

I booked the house for the family of my best men and they had only the best to say about the home but also the communication with Evelina! They were so happy that when they come back we will close there again!

Absolutely stunning neo-classical villa in the heart of the Plaka. Truly spectacular location, walk to the Parthenon and pretty much everything! The host is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even provides an orientation to the area upon check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is really beautiful. The roof top terrace and courtyard with a little grotto are a fun place to enjoy some private space in the very busy Plaka. Don’t hesitate, book this villa if it is available. You won’t regret it!

Everything was as described. The house is beautiful and well cared for. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking near the house. Everything you need is next door. Great communication with the host. We will definitely visit again.

We LOVED our stay here. It was the perfect location in Athens, in a clean safe neighborhood near the acropolis. But away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We saw many locals eating and hanging out near the restaurants by the house. The home itself was perfect for our large family. Beds were comfortable and clean, great area for kids and teens to love around. We loved the design and style. Felt very safe with doors/locks. Does not have a dryer but we used the drying racks outside. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Small studio (not a bad thing) but very good location, near acropolis and all the activities. Bakery in front of the building, serving great coffees and croissants. The apartment is in the 3rd floor without elevator, if you have heavy baggages or a stroller, it can be challenging.

Thank you for your hospitality, your availability, your smile! A nice stay a little set back from the city center, free to go where we wanted thanks to public transport and affordable uber, a favorite for the restaurant Bismillah and the island of Agistri. Thanks Efaristo.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We had a great time in Athens. The flat was in the absolute ideal location for both exploring the city and going to the event we had tickets for at the Lycabettus Theatre. The flat was modern and well looked after and the host was very helpful and responsive at all times. Highly recommend this a a great place to stay while you're in Athens.

I had a wonderful stay at this flat after my two-week adventure through Mykonos, Athens, and Santorini. Lida was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and informative, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was thorough, organized, and had a charismatic approach that made me feel welcome. The location, while slightly removed from central Athens, is in a prime spot. It’s very walkable, and I felt safe exploring the area. When I didn’t feel like walking, Ubers were affordable and convenient. But, honestly, I enjoyed walking everywhere and soaking up the local atmosphere. The seventh-floor penthouse was fantastic. The flat is spacious, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom that looks even better in person than in the photos. The foyer has tons of useful information for tourists, which I didn’t end up using, but I can see how helpful it would be for others. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing time decompressing after a whirlwind trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!💙💙💙

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here - spacious (huge) apartment (entire top floor if building), excellent location with stunning acropolis/Parthenon views, easy access to Athens sites. Furnishings are a bit old but this lends character.

Perfect apartment for two families, very well equipped, close to the city center but in a quiet area.

Kyriakos is an amazing host! He came as we we were getting settled and introduced himself to every single member of our group of 10. This 6 bedroom home is beautiful and very spacious with breathtaking views, a swimming pool, and an open floor plan on the lower level with a gorgeous kitchen. Bonus, there is an elevator and we had 3 people in our group over 70 who truly enjoyed using it to get to the 3rd level where the bedrooms are (honestly everyone's used it). Kyriakos assisted me with a transportation company that could accommodate our group size (two vans) & were always on time & very professional. He had food menus and suggestions available for our use and there is a grocery store that is about a 15 min walk or a 5 mins drive. Its about 30-35 mins outside Athens city center & you'll peace & privacy on these beautiful, well maintained grounds. This was our favorite property of the 3 we had during our 2 week stay in Greece. The place was great. It was a bit further away than we thought from the Plaka area which we kept finding ourselves going back to. Overall it was a great stay.

We stayed 3 nights at the villa. The host was more than friendly, we communicated all the time and the responses were very fast. The place was amazing, absolutely same like the photos. We received full support with information for restaurants, restaurants what to do in our free time, even when we had problems booking restaurant the host went personally and booked a table for us. Also helped us with giving us contact of person who makes shuttles to Athens and the area. If we go to Athens again for sure will book the same place. The whole experience was 10/10! Our stay was really wonderful! The place was clean and just as pictured with thoughtful amenities. We didn’t use the jacuzzi, but Ρουλα left out towels for us to use, which was very nice. Great stay!

Lefteris, was a wonderful host! He went above and beyond our expectations! Such a kind, and very thoughtful host. The home was spectacular! What a beautiful place was Villa Marina. I highly recommend it and we will be back again!
