Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Athens

I booked the house for the family of my best men and they had only the best to say about the home but also the communication with Evelina! They were so happy that when they come back we will close there again!

The accommodation was exactly what we expected, a clean and tidy apartment, a beautiful garden where we enjoyed our coffee, a quiet neighborhood. We had clear instructions via messages and easy access to the entrance. Thank you so much.

Absolutely stunning neo-classical villa in the heart of the Plaka. Truly spectacular location, walk to the Parthenon and pretty much everything! The host is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even provides an orientation to the area upon check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is really beautiful. The roof top terrace and courtyard with a little grotto are a fun place to enjoy some private space in the very busy Plaka. Don’t hesitate, book this villa if it is available. You won’t regret it!

Everything was as described. The house is beautiful and well cared for. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking near the house. Everything you need is next door. Great communication with the host. We will definitely visit again.

We LOVED our stay here. It was the perfect location in Athens, in a clean safe neighborhood near the acropolis. But away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We saw many locals eating and hanging out near the restaurants by the house. The home itself was perfect for our large family. Beds were comfortable and clean, great area for kids and teens to love around. We loved the design and style. Felt very safe with doors/locks. Does not have a dryer but we used the drying racks outside. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

The place was beautiful, very clean and cozily furnished with a great kitchen where there was everything you need to cook and to make yourself a coffee in the morning. The roof terrace can only be reached via an elevator, but it is very private and you have an extremely great view over Athens. We felt comfortable and would keep coming back! As only note: the location is very nice and quiet in a very safe neighborhood of Athens, however you really walk a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We had a great time in Athens. The flat was in the absolute ideal location for both exploring the city and going to the event we had tickets for at the Lycabettus Theatre. The flat was modern and well looked after and the host was very helpful and responsive at all times. Highly recommend this a a great place to stay while you're in Athens.

Clean and neat place. Staircase was a challenge due to the staircase narrowing when getting to the top floor. No lift so my husband had to help with everyone bags. Grocery store right across the road which is handy and a 10 - 15 minute walk to the hop-on hop off bus.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here - spacious (huge) apartment (entire top floor if building), excellent location with stunning acropolis/Parthenon views, easy access to Athens sites. Furnishings are a bit old but this lends character.

Great accommodation! Located on a quiet street in a lovely, vibrant, and safe neighborhood. Andreas was extremely helpful and would respond to any questions quickly. I had a great month and would gladly recommend it to others.

Jeff and Katerina went above and beyond in every category you could think of. Jeff meet us while we were waiting for the unit to be cleaned, had coffee with us and got us in early. He even contacted our next apartment we were staying at and arranged for us to get into that apartment early as well. Great communication and a great guy in general.

Kyriakos is an amazing host! He came as we we were getting settled and introduced himself to every single member of our group of 10. This 6 bedroom home is beautiful and very spacious with breathtaking views, a swimming pool, and an open floor plan on the lower level with a gorgeous kitchen. Bonus, there is an elevator and we had 3 people in our group over 70 who truly enjoyed using it to get to the 3rd level where the bedrooms are (honestly everyone's used it). Kyriakos assisted me with a transportation company that could accommodate our group size (two vans) & were always on time & very professional. He had food menus and suggestions available for our use and there is a grocery store that is about a 15 min walk or a 5 mins drive. Its about 30-35 mins outside Athens city center & you'll peace & privacy on these beautiful, well maintained grounds. This was our favorite property of the 3 we had during our 2 week stay in Greece. The place was great. It was a bit further away than we thought from the Plaka area which we kept finding ourselves going back to. Overall it was a great stay.

Absolutely beautiful home. Breathtaking. The pictures, although lovely, do not do this place justice, it is amazing. Don't think twice, just book it! So much space for my 2 boys to move around, and the pook and hot tub were great, along with the views! Cant say enough about this home, I look forward to returning. Host was super accomodating and gave great recommendations. 10/10

Our stay was really wonderful! The place was clean and just as pictured with thoughtful amenities. We didn’t use the jacuzzi, but Ρουλα left out towels for us to use, which was very nice. Great stay!
