I really enjoyed my stay here. The patio and privacy were great. The neighborhood is walkable, safe, and relatively quiet. The host provided detailed instructions and was very responsive even late into the evening. Two different train stations are both short walks and there are ample coffee shops and bakeries along the way. Five stars, would love to be a guest here when I return to Athens.

Very comfortable flat and I appreciated the elevator as I had several bags. The kitchen is very well equipped. The washing machine was very handy to do a load of laundry and there was a drying rack for the small balcony. The ceiling fan kept the bedroom cool for sleeping. Overall a great value. Evita was very welcoming and helpful for check in. The area has a lot of graffiti and some artistic murals. I felt very safe there and found a couple of good restaurants.

Exceeded my expectations! We wanted to stay somewhere close but not in the tourist hub. This place felt like a locals home, the highlight being the balcony where we could relax with this view. Everything was spotless clean, and a 15 minute walk to the acropolis. Athanasia was super lovely and her place made our trip to Athens one of our favourite!

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

The apartment was well equipped and perfect for a group to feel at home together. The location is great and allows you to get quickly to the center, passing by many local hot spots! Claus was very helpful and provided all needed informations ahead arrival and departure.

We stayed at the apartment for an entire week and felt very comfortable. It is a small apartment near the train station Metaxourgeio and you can be everywhere quickly by subway as well as on foot. The area is very authentic and there are shops, cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The roof terrace is super big and beautiful. The father of Νίκος welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Iro's place in Athens. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and ensuring all our needs were met. The apartment's location is perfect - situated in the heart of Athens, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The Acropolis and other major tourist attractions were within easy walking distance, and we were surrounded by a diverse selection of restaurants and cafes. What makes this apartment truly unique is that it doubles as a contemporary art gallery. The space is thoughtfully curated with artistic pieces, creating an inspiring atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the collection of musical instruments, which added a special charm to our stay. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Athens. We're already planning to book this exceptional place for our next trip to the city.

This was the perfect apartment for out stay. The apartment itself was spacious and clean with an amazing wrap around balcony. We loved the traditional elements of the apartment but it had all the modern conveniences we needed too. Panos met us when we checked in and was super helpful and friendly with local recommendations. We love the area so much, it didn’t feel hectic and yet was walking distance (through the national gardens) to the centre. All the gorgeous bars, restaurants and coffee shops you could wish for. Perfect mix of both traditional and cool. This apartment and area is Air BnB at its best! We will be back :))

We were traveling with a friend and we both agreed that we would definitely return to this place. We cannot thank Manos, Evangelina's husband, enough for his kindness and generosity. He was always attentive to our needs and willing to help. Super friendly, always responded quickly, sent us information, and waited for us to meet us even though we arrived very late. The apartment is super well located, close to all attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. In addition, the apartment had everything you could need and more! Different types of coffee and teas, sugar, oil, etc., and even lots of bottles of water in the fridge, Greek wine and chocolate!!! In the bathroom, there was an assortment of shampoos, creams, deodorants, etc., etc., impossible to list everything. It also had a washing machine and soap so we could wash our clothes. We really felt at home and were more than grateful. And the price was very good. Super!
