Il villino di Caterina è davvero perfetto per fare una vacanza a Tropea e Capo Vaticano. L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla bella baia dei riaci. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutto e ha un bello spazio esterno dove prendere il sole o mangiare. Assolutamente consigliato!

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Het is een prachtig verblijf met een rustig privé strand. De omgeving is ook erg rustig. Fijne locatie voor als je privacy wilt, maar toch niet op genieten van de luxe. Maar zeker ook aan te raden met een gezin. Erg overzichtelijk. Het water aan het strand is helderblauw. We voelden ons erg fijn in het huisje!

Andrea und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war sehr gut ! Die Einrichtung einfach , aber funktionell und durchaus der Beschreibung und Bildern entsprechend. Tatsächlich außergewöhnlich ist die Lage und die Aussicht !!! Eigentlich muss man die Unterkunft kaum verlassen , denn das Meer liegt einem sprichwörtlich zu Füßen. Für uns ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Kurzurlaub . Daher 5 Sterne 🌟

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Paradijselijk plek, jaren 1980/1990 wat een heerlijke plek om te zijn! Warm buiten douchen, BBQ werkt goed en elke dag met je voetjes in het zand ontbijten en of lunchen. Met recht een super host, dank je wel Rino 😎

Adriano was realy helpful, he drove us to the train so we did not have to carry our bags. The appartment is located in the center, close to everything. And the view from the appartments is absolut wonderful.

Le logement était propre et fonctionnel, fidèle aux photos. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied, très peu fréquentée même en août ce qui est agréable. Attention la piscine n’est pas comprise dans la location, elle appartient à un complexe voisin, pour 4 personnes, c’était 300€ de plus pour une semaine. Nous avons préféré la plage !

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Schöne Außenbereiche zum Sitzen, Liegen und verweilen. Pool schön groß und gepflegt. Strand ein paar Laufschritte von der Haustür entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Unser Gastgeber Vincenzo war immer erreichbar und hat uns einen tollen Service gegeben. Danke 👍🏻

Skvostné ubytování a úžasný hostitel! Měl jsem tu čest strávit několik dní v apartmánu u Lothara a musím říct, že to bylo jedno z nejlepších ubytování, jaké jsem kdy zažil. Od chvíle, kdy jsem dorazil, mě Lothar přivítal s úsměvem a vřelostí, která okamžitě udělala z pobytu nezapomenutelný zážitek. Apartmán je naprosto nádherný – moderní, čistý a velmi útulný. Každý detail je pečlivě promyšlený a proměňuje pobyt v opravdový komfort. Kuchyně je plně vybavená, což mi umožnilo snadno si připravovat vlastní jídlo, a pohodlná postel mi zaručila kvalitní spánek. Navíc, příjemný balkon s krásným výhledem na okolí byl skvělým místem pro relaxaci. Co opravdu vyniká, je Lotharova pohostinnost. Jeho ochota pomoci, místní doporučení a celková péče o hosty jsou na vysoké úrovni. Cítil jsem se jako doma a Lothar mi poskytl cenné tipy na zajímavá místa a restaurace v okolí. Je evidentní, že mu záleží na tom, aby jeho hosté měli nezapomenutelný pobyt. Celkově bych toto ubytování doporučil každému.

Amazing house, six comfortable sleeping rooms each with bathrooms guaranteed a lot of freedom and private sphere to me and my friends, we were 11 in total, with kids. We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool, the huge garden, the quiet location and the vicinity to Tropea. Check-in and out were smooth and Michela was quickly helping out when needed. It's easy to give this accommodation 5 stars. See you next time!

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

Erg mooi appartement in Villa del Conte - wat een uitzicht 🤩. Ligt mooi hoog met uitzicht op zee en op Tropea. Tropea op korte afstand zeer goed bereikbaar - auto is wel noodzakelijk. Diverse mooie zitjes op het terrein met allemaal prachtig uitzicht. Ook het zwembad ligt op een heerlijke plek. De faciliteiten zijn er voldoende onder andere een plaats waar je heerlijk kan BBQ-en. Kortom een zeer mooi appartement op een heerlijke locatie. Een aanrader - jazeker !!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft von Alex und Julia hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es fehlte an Nichts. Oben auf der Dachterasse hatten wir ein tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und in die Berge. Wir können die Unterkunft mit der tollen Lage bestens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in uno degli appartamenti di fortunato, uno al primo piano con terrazza sulla quale abbiamo ammirato il mare ogni giorno. L' intera villa è ben curata nella pulizia, nel giardino e negli spazi comuni. la posizione è ottima vicinissima alla spiaggia privata con ombrellone e sdraio compresa nel prezzo ed ottima anche per visitare i dintorni. I servizi come bancomat, poste, supermercati ecc sono a pochi minuti di macchina. I mobili dell appartamento sono un po' datati ma comunque in buonissimo stato e funzionali. La villa è gestita da fortunato e la sua famiglia e tutti si danno da fare per fare in modo che gli ospiti stiano bene durante il soggiorno, sono cordiali disponibili e alla mano.. sono sempre pronti a consigliare qualora gli venga richiesto. Noi siamo stati benissimo.

Il punto di forza di quest’alloggio è il rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione, in quanto si trova in una traversa della piazza principale, quindi praticamente al centro dove ci sono tantissimi bar, cocktail bar e ristoranti e una vista spettacolare . Poi a 6-7 min a piedi, scendendo dalle scale della piazza, si arriva giù al lungo mare dove ci sono bar e ristoranti e diversi spiagge libere. Inoltre l’host (Fabrizio ) é super disponibile per fornire qualsiasi informazione o risolvere qualsiasi problema . É stato flessibile per l’orario di check out e disponibile ad aiutarci ad arrivare all’appartamento e ad andare via (accompagnandoci con la sua macchina alla nostra per caricare le valigie in auto) Insomma nel complesso un’ottima esperienza !!!

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

Casa molto ben attrezzata, spaziosa, con terrazza, giardino (comune) e parcheggio privato davanti a casa. Massima disponibilità e cortesia dell' host (Valeria). Non c'è l'accesso diretto al mare ma a poca distanza ci sono le più belle spiagge della Costa degli Dei. p.s. ricordarsi di portare o comprare quanto necessario per la cucina ed il bagno (sale, olio, detersivo, bagno schiuma ecc. ecc. , che non sono a disposizione)

Alles war bestens Francesco ist sehr freundlich und wir bedanken uns für seine Gastfreundschaft. Durch die Lage der Wohnung sind die Hotspots wie Tropea Capo Vaticano gut erreichbar.

beautiful place. we loved being able to go out and eat the fruit from the garden. it smelled amazing and really made us feel at home. 5 minutes away from an inexpensive supermarket too, so you can stay at home and eat. William and his family are so friendly and welcoming, and his mother Aida was an absolute gem. She was so cute and gave us so many location directions and recommendations. We love this place!!

We were glad to find Antonio’s place at the last moment. The place felt right at home. Exactly what we wanted. A peaceful place to stay with nature. The place has a sea view over the olive trees. Parking is on site with plenty of space. Train station is within walking distance (a plus). Antonio was very responsive and let us in the apartment earlier than we expected. Grazie mille Antonio! È stato un piacere!!!

Incredibly nice hosts. Her sister even picked us up from the train station! Very walkable with lots nearby. The only complaint is that the water heater is *tiny*, so be prepared for either very fast or cold showers. Wifi was good and they even moved the router for us. Would recommend for short stays

Casetta deliziosa a poca distanza dal centro di Tropea. Posizione tranquilla, con tanto spazio esterno e parcheggio disponibile di fronte all’ingresso di casa. La casa è pulitissima e fornita di ogni cosa. La cucina ha tutti gli utensili necessari per soggiornare anche più giorni. La Sig.ra Dina e suo marito sono gentilissimi e si sono presi cura di noi. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra!
