5th floor open, very spacious, light filled apartment with elevator. Wide views of the Mediterranean Sea and Aeolian islands including Stromboli. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

Monolocale "Iris" fa parte di "Villa Margherita", che comprende altri 3 appartamenti. La sua particolarita' è il balcone con vista mare. Lo definisco grazioso e raffinato. In dotazione troverete stoviglie, pentole, biancheria da letto e da bagno. Si trova nel punto piu' bello della Costa degli Dei, vicino alla bellissima Tropea a cui è stato assegnato il titolo Borgo dei Borghi (Anno 2021).

Luminoso e moderno Appartamento di 55 mq: 1 stanza da letto, un soggiorno con cucina super-accessoriata ed un comodo divano-letto, 1 bagno. Vicino al mare, in una zona con banca, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, farmacia. Vicino al centro storico. WIFI free; parcheggio pubblico libero in zona. Sono un medico, per qualunque necessità, abito con la mia famiglia nella Villetta accanto.
