At 300 m from the sea apartment

Guests have two comfortable apartments in a modern style with private entrance and surrounded by a large garden with lawn and equipped: table, umbrella, chairs and sun loungers (gazebo, barbecue). The apartments are carefully furnished with a washing machine, color TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, toaster. The two beaches, white and turquoise blue sea are approximately 300 m and can be reached very well on foot in 5 minutes. Lido di Pittulongu (the beaches of Olbia), is a quiet residential area, along the panoramic road to Golfo Aranci. It is a small conurbation with all services, kiosks, bars, tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias and supermarket (10 m). Ideal for a relaxing holiday but if you want to just 5 km you can reach Olbia to shop in shopping malls or a walk after dinner in the bustling city center. Or a few kilometers you can reach the most famous tourist resorts of Costa. The two beaches, white and turquoise blue sea are approximately 300 m. from the house and you can reach a great time walking in 5 minutes, then if you take the car you'll be spoiled for choice, because for an extension of 10 km in the direction of the Gulf of Aranci, every side street leads to a beach. Nearby you can visit archaeological sites: the Sacred Well of Sa Testa nuragico (along the road to Pittulongu). Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

Matteo’s place was fantastic for our weeks stay in Sardinia! The location was great, we were within walking distance of some very nice beaches and a small drive away from some others, along with the centre of Olbia. The flat was very clean and very well kitted out, and also had a beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a memorable stay! The apartment is spotless with a beautiful garden area to spend beautiful summer evenings. You can see the sea from the apartment. The setting is very peaceful. The beach is a 5 min walk and other beaches are also within walking distance. The host is remarkably kind, right away you feel at home. She is very welcoming - welcomed us with beer and figs picked from the garden - and was available to us as part of the rental and beyond. Would stay there again! Thank you

The apartment was taken care of by Patrizia - very communicative, helpful, polite and speaking good English - it was all a very positive experience. The apartment itself suited us very well, both in terms of location, because it is in a quiet, secluded place, which guarantees peace and quiet and a good starting point without having to break through the city, and at the same time 10 minutes by car from the center of Olbia and 15 minutes from the airport. The view from the bedroom and living room windows, as well as the living room balcony, is simply great. The equipment was fully sufficient for us, we have no comments. We recommend it!!!

We had a wonderful stay, my friend and I came to work remotely during the day but enjoy coffees and chats in the garden in between as well as the beach in the afternoon! The beach is like a 15 mins walk away. The area is very private, quiet and clean. View from the garden is amazing, perfect for relaxing, deep talks and coffees or a glass of wine. The neighbours cat came to visit every morning and evening, that was the extra bonus.
