It had been a long time since I was going to Guarujá, it was my husband my children and my nephews, the beach is very close we do not need to use the car for nothing at night we went downtown on foot. The building is very quiet and the porters are very polite, it was a very quiet stay, I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. To close Vânia is very attentive and answered my questions quickly.

The place is amazing! The house is literally on the sea, next to a beautiful and calm beach. A hidden paradise, indeed! The house is charming, all decorated with a naval theme, and contains all the practicalities advertised. The recommendation of backpacks and/or light handbags, due to the stairs to the beach/house, should be taken seriously - but little by little you can take more things -. Filippe responded quickly and was super helpful! I recommend it to everyone!

Our stay was perfect! The place is super cozy, super clean and exactly as in the photos. But the highlight is the host Edna - simply wonderful! Attenciosa, helpful and very dear. We felt at home from the first moment. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed. Many thanks for everything!

my stay was great, only the fan of the room that was not working but we put it standing in the room. It worked out, as it is an apartment and we cannot extend clothes on the balcony and windows would suggest a washer to help dry clothes faster, but these items did not disturb us in our lodging, in the most well equipped, market on the corner with a good price and an extremely clean neighborhood and police surveillance at all times, near everything mall, mall and ,MC Donald's etc to go to everything on foot, I and my family liked the experience very much.

Had a great stay! The view is simply breathtaking, with the sea on one side and the mountains on the other — undoubtedly, what caught our attention the most. The apartment is comfortable and offers plenty of privacy, with only two per floor. Although the furniture is not new and the kitchen has not been recently renovated, the space is very functional and welcoming. The location is excellent: a quiet and peaceful place, with 24-hour concierge and police in front of the building. It is close to restaurants, cafes, supermarket, beach bars and next to a charming viewpoint. The building does not have leisure areas such as a swimming pool, but it has a barbecue available. The host was always very attentive and responded quickly to all messages, always with cordiality. Overall, it was a great time and I recommend the accommodation!

It was awesome!!! Passeis a few days with my family and the experience was surreal. The apartment is simply perfect, you look like you're at sea. From sunrise to sunset, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and is exactly like in the pictures. The place is very close to the beach and the shops. The staff of the building were also very nice with my family. About Walmy, he was from the very first moment very kind and super attentive. He's a great host! We had incredible family moments and we'll be back for sure. I highly recommend!!!

The apartment is very good! The view is spectacular! The bed is spacious and comfortable, with bedding and pillows. The kitchen is complete and even has an air fryer, which makes everyday life much easier. The shower is very nice too. The living room and the balcony/veranda are very spacious and pleasant. The internet is excellent and the TV also gets everything. The doormen are very attentive, especially Belmiro, who even opened the elevator door for us to go up. The location is the best in Guarujá. If I could, I would have stayed there.
