great place!!! the house delivers everything and a little more, we went as 13 people and the house supported all of us well. both inside the bed and in the barbecue area.

We rented the house to go to the next wedding and we went in 10 people, the house is very big, the space held everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen it had all the utensils, from large pans to shapes, mixer, blender, we don't need to take anything from home, very complete. The well-distributed rooms, all being suites, very quiet check in, the stay was very quiet and as everyone commented on the trip, a house that tastes like to rent, sure if we went to Guarujá again is where we will stay. we thank the hosts for responding quickly as I sent msg before leaving the house asking if I had large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping that part. the village were kind to leave toilet papers in the bathrooms, in the kitchen tbm had napkin, toothpick, things that in other non-existent stays, the house has an excellent security, swimming pool and barbecue was clean Anyway they can rent without fear

We had amazing days in this family home. All well accommodated, beautiful, clean and organized house. sr. Dieter always kind and kind from start to finish. We intend to return as soon as possible. We love everything!!

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that the rental of a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bedding. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

A Malu and Mr. Jose are amazing, super attentive, helpful and patient with my various questions. The kitchen was super equipped, I can't remember anything we needed that wasn't there, even a pizza cutter was available! Impeccable location, super close to the beach. Comfortable bed and the “mesona” in the living room for 8 people provided us with great meal times, just like Sunday lunch with the family. Malu's special attention in providing blankets, because we had a very cold weekend, was incredible, they were really warm. Just one point of opportunity, nothing that discredits, some outlets are old, we need some adapters to charge the laptop. Malu, I wish you much more success and thank you for everything! Denis' Airbnb is wonderful, very clean, has all the kitchen, bed and bath utensils, Denis was very helpful and attentive, I highly recommend it. The only negative point is the location if you don't have your own vehicle, but it's already in the ad description, I definitely recommend it.

The house and very close to the beach ,I took my dog to feel at ease in the big yard the owner of the house super antecioncoso with the things the house next to the simple house clean house but it's worth it will come back yesmm

Spacious villa, most of the furnishings are rustic wooden, the house floor and the bathroom cladding are old models that leave the house with a charm. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, great mattresses, showers work very well, house is two blocks from the beach we were on foot every day even with children. Fernanda is always available to ask questions and know if everything is okay with the accommodation, gave tips from nearby supermarkets and was flexible at check-in. Playa de Guaiúba is the most beautiful in Guarujá it is worth staying in the neighborhood.

The rooms and bathrooms are great, only the one in the master suite where the pressure of the shower is low, would be worth a Pressurizer. Barbecue area very top, with brewery and good space. Air conditioning in all comodos. A lot of kitchen items, clean and good quantity, just one frying pan was missing. Very close to the beach, and AUNT CHICA's kiosk, very top... is the tip. City only at night, the streets are very dark, but nothing that got in the way. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and trades. It's well worth...
